"They did a darn good job. I liked that they came in and worked solid. It took about 3 weeks and they were here every day that they said they would be. They did a great job. I walk in the kitchen each morning and I can't believe it is mine. They did an excellent job. It was a little expensive but I've lived in this house since 1986 and it needed to be done. I had to call them back once and they came right away, but it turned out to be a light bulb that I didn't turn. They were very professional. The crew was very personable and pleasant."

"The price was too high for what was done, and they still have not finished what they have started. They have not responded back also for finishing the work. They saved me some money with other work, but was not very professional. "

" was responsive and friendly throughout the project. She was busy with many projects, but worked with us on an installation date about three weeks after we talked. I didn't have a tight schedule so this was fine. Her workers showed up on time on the day I expected them. showed them the project and made sure they understood any potential problems before leaving for another job. The workers were pleasant and professional. When a couple of unexpected problems arose, was available to her crew by phone and in person for help. The project took longer than the one day I expected, but I was more interested in having it done right than having it done too quickly. I'm happy with the results of the project and would use She Can 2 for other jobs."

"I chose this company as a result of finding it on Angie's List, a perfectly clean Better Business Bureau report, and they are a member of BBB. Additionally, with very little exception, everything they do is in-house, from Korian to cabinet making. There is really only one other major competitor in , that is not nearly as big as , and they do not have as good of reports in Angie's List, nor a perfectly clean BBB report. Lastly, the competitor's bid was much higher as well. We received a few private contractor bids that also could not compete with . King was our salesman and he has some great ideas and a plumbing background which helps in putting together a remodel. I am an analyst by trade, and as a result, it is not unusual for me to be asking a lot of questions and reconsider options in the process of my wife and I putting this bathroom together. was very hard to get in contact with through the process, and at one point we had to pin him down with another appointment to get specific answers to our questions. He failed to get back to us with answers to our questions that he had to check into. And in one of our phone conversations, he actually got short with me on the phone. After closing the deal, he would not return any attempts to contact him for contract clarification. This company has other sales persons, which I would recommend you consider, UNLESS you know exactly what you want, and will not need to bother with the struggles of redesigning decisions of the entire bathroom which usually comes with many questions in the process. I found the pricing well within competition, firm on prices without any give. The project manager's name was , who really did a pretty good job considering how stretched he is in managing several jobs and crews at the same time. The person who did the magic in our bathroom was . He is not perfect, made a few mistakes, had a great attitude at all times, and most of all is probably one of their best tradesman. We could complain about a few minor flaws that we have to live with, but all in all, did a fantastic job. This brings one thing to mind as we ran across several employees that work for the company, the way they interacted with each other and with the customers was a compliment to H., the owner. This says a lot about the company in general. The largest blunder that we ran into was the painting of the bathroom. If the salesman would have told us to only look at paint colors, we would not have wasted our time and expense trying several different quarts of paint in the old bathroom until we came up with the color we wanted. When the painter came out, he pressed my wife into an on-the-spot decision for a color that was close to the one we wanted. Needless to say, the bathroom had to be repainted with what we wanted. I am out of space, even though there is much more to say."

"Overall the project went very well. met with us several times to go over what we wanted. We also visited his showroom. He provided a very detailed estimate of the project. (For example the cost per door.) Additionally, he provided several door samples/stain samples for us to approve before the project started. He was on time and on budget, although the project took a bit longer than we thought it would. was also helpful referring us to an appliance dealer to obtain a good price on new appliances. Ziggy, his installer, was a very hard worker and did a wonderful job. We would use them again."

"The project was on schedule, in budget and the crew was the best I have ever dealt with. The project manager was hands on, customer service oriented and could build anything. His 2 associates were hard working and a pleasure to deal with. The work was total quality. This company really aims to please and delivered every day."

"A company Representative came to my house to see the area and to discuss with me what I wanted and how much it would cost. Next I went to their showroom and had an appointment with him to select what I wanted such as tile shower type, cabinets, faucets etc. The construction supervisor came to my house and discussed my plans and measured for the custom cabinets and counters etc. I was then mailed a schedule for my job. The job went as planned. The job took 22 days. I now have 2 beautiful bathrooms."

"I signed a proposal for $5560 and did not receive copies for my records. After I complained, I received unreadable faxed copies. The project description had my name, but someone else's address. called the next day and asked for $200.00 more because their rep had measured incorrectly. I had no or water for 3 weeks. A different worker showed up every day to work alone. They did not know what was done earlier."

"We had used them once before on a new vanity for our master bathroom. They returned our call within 24 hours and were out within the week with samples to show us. They estimated 4-6 weeks for the cabinet to be made and they were right on. They promptly installed it, reinstalled the countertop. They were clean and quiet. When they said they would be at the house between 8-8:30 they were."

"The owner's business card says it all: black card with red line around the edges and a silver diamond in the center with red facets. It shows elegant taste and really catches your eye, just as our kitchen now does for visitors. Every reaction has been "Oh, wow!" Their work is that good. Here's an example of how and his brother consider their work a craft, not "work". My wife picked a grout and told what grout to use. objected, saying the fine textured group used for the smooth granite tiles wouldn't go with the rougher textured limestone backsplash. We said "sure, why not?" (I mean, what the *expletive* do WE know?). It turns out was spot on. A tiny detail maybe, but it was all these "tiny details" that added up to a very high quality counter installation. And talk about honest? We had to go out of town before they finished but felt perfectly comfortable leaving them our house key. And this is ME, a very untrusting guy! "
