"Peni came out on a Friday night and gave us an estimate for replacing a large concrete patio and doing some additional demo work. On Saturday, he and his crew came out and did all the work in one day - they did the demo starting around 8 a.m. and were finished with the new patio by around 6:30 p.m. We have a few odd things in the back of our 1950s house, ...more as many old houses do: water main with shutoff very low to the ground, one very small crawl space access and pipes that remain somewhat above ground. Peni looked at these issues and developed a solution that avoided major problems with the water main and crawl space access and his crew did hand work around the exposed pipes. The fact that it was all done in one day was a real plus. One of the most significant reasons we got the work done was because the previous patio didn't drain to the lawn and during rainy times actually pooled water back toward the house. The new concrete has an obvious slope toward the lawn, so it will be a huge improvement over the flooding we used to have in the garage. We had actually also used

about 9 months back to demo and pour a new driveway and replace some hazardous sidewalks. Peni and his crew are fast and accurate. The final work product is good, though one complaint is that sometimes the work site isn't left as tidy as it could be after the job is finished. But compared to the other pluses that come from their work, that's a relatively minor downside."
