"I have always gone there for my tires and am very happy with there services for tires. I am not happy with the work they did on the engine. After I got my car back it was making a funny noise. I took it back and they found there was a bolt missing. They fixed that but there is still a funny noise. They are great for tires and oil changes but I wouldn't used them for anything else."

"They offer very good service and they are very fast. I

t have to wait for extended amounts of time when I take my car there and the customer service is very good. I can say that they are a trusting car service establishment and I would recommend them to others."

"I was very satisfied in using this company to do the job for me. It is hard to find a car shop that will not rip you off by saying they did something they did not do. I feel I can trust these guys to get down to business without me having to be there to make sure they really did the job. The guy who did the job for me was not extremely friendly, but was not at any time rude to me. Now that I switched to these guys I will continue using them for as long as I can because of their honesty and dedication."
C
"I find them to be terrible. The reason I went to them was to get the tires aligned and balanced because I felt that they were not aligned and that it was time to do the rotation. I can tell when my tires have not been aligned and rotated, first of all because you can see it yourself without doing any testing and second of all, because I did get them tested for the alignment and they were not aligned. I gave them a break for that time, but then I took it back to them and they still did not do it. I was very disappointed in their service and will not be using them anymore."

is the manager and is always extremely professional and upbeat. The other guys in the shop seem the same. It looks like they try really hard to keep the place looking decent in an area that is anything but tidy. Service is typically fast, but don't expect a 15 min. in and out on a Saturday morning."

"I took my car in to be have the alignment adjusted. They worked on it for awhile, but could not get it to meet the acceptable range. I do regret taking it there in the first place as they clearly did not know what they were doing."
D
"Came at 10:30 am and left at 3:30 pm! New tire was suggested and then they noticed the tire rod needed to be replaced, they got the part, was wrong part and waited for another one. Not happy about not being kept up to speed about the problem, I had to keep asking the actual tech what was going on. Not the manager! Then they had realign the front and it took them at least one hour to get a truck moved off that ramp and move my car onto it. The tech seemed very very unwilling to work. Was not told of the extras and their charges, like the price of the tire rod and aligning."
F
"Left car and key in drop box in early morning. They called and said the tires needed replaced and could not be aligned. The tires had less than 3K miles. I told them I wasn't falling for their scam and to park the car and not do anything to it. When I went to pick it up they said I owed them $87 because they had already done the work when they called me. '' How does that make sense when you said it wasn't possible?'' A very ugly argument followed. After talking to numerous people at work, everyone had similar stories with these people."
A
"It was a great experience. I went on their website, ordered my tires, made the appointment, and paid for the tires. I received a phone call verifying the appointment and took it in the next day. It was hassle free."
A
"My tires and overall experience was excellent. They removed four tires and then installed them. They balanced them all while I waited. It was done in little time and a good job was done."
