On April 3rd 9 am, collected $80 up front as a deposit. We made 2nd appointment on April 8th 11am.
He didn’t show up until noon time. After arrival, he took the cooktop apart trying to replace the defective part. Unfortunately, he broke the gas pipe connected to the burner during the process. He told me that he will order the gas pipe and come back again in 3 to 5 business days.
My family was not able to use the particular burner due to this event since then and my wife was really mad at me.
