"The owner and proprietor is
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and he was very professional. I did estimates with multiple companies and the estimates ranged from $22,000 down to $2,600. Of all the companies that I interviewed and got estimates from, he was more detailed in his estimate than the other people. My work was started and completed within a 7 day period. My house is 6000 square feet and it is an 86 year old house. It was a lot of work but they did a beautiful job. There had not been any new gutters or fascia or rake boards put on in well over 47 years. Across the street from my house is a small public park and I would cross the street and go stand in the park and look at my house. It looked so different. People thought I was crazy but it is absolutely gorgeous. They were responsive; when I called them they called me right back. At one point after they had completed my job, a little strip blew down and I thought it was some of the work. It was actually an extra piece that a worker had taken with him when he went up and laid it on the loose loft. You couldn't see it when you were standing down. When I called them and told them that something had come loose up there, they were here within 12 hours and went up and checked everything. They told me that the guy must have taken it up there thinking that he would need it. They said that they would start every morning by 8 o'clock and they were here every morning by 8 o'clock. They worked all day and they did not stop working until 5 o'clock in the evening. They only took a half an hour for lunch. I most definitely would use them in the future if I had to use them for anything. In fact, I am thinking about having them to build up my porch off of the master suite this spring or summer."

"Initial installation of ridge vent did not meet our expectations, but this company responded immediately and fixed the problems. I got up on the roof to inspect their work. Overall, it seemed conscientious and thorough, although there were a couple of places where there was some cosmetic sloppiness, but it was minor. Always, I dealt with a single point of contact, Mrs.

, and she is knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and courteous. I am the maintenance coordinator for the two buildings owned by the townhouse association, and if all contractors were like

, my job would be a lot easier. That being said, don't expect perfection from

"The quote was fair. They were professional and knew what they were doing in our area. We have not worked with them much yet but I will follow up when they have completed the work."

"They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Very professional. They did not mind that I was the most indecisive customer in history. I felt very comfortable asking questions. Compared to many other contractors I have worked with, they are VERY customer-service oriented."

"I contacted
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to have an estimate done for leak in roof. They were prompt and professional. I received a quote that day. I am sorry to say I went another route to have the work done. This was not a reflection of the company."

"I called and left message. Mr.
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
called back within a few hours. I explained that I had a leak in my roof. He then proceeded to ask me a ton of question as if I was a roofer. Since I am not I got the feeling then I had bothered him to even call. Mr.
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
then informed me that he did not have his schedule on hand so would need to call back to set up an appointment. I never heard back. If all you want is full roof replacement then that is all you should offer."

"I just moved into this house last September. The old gutters were terrible: they were pretty narrow. They were also made of fairly thin metal, so they had bowed out in several spots. In heavy rainstorms, they just couldn't take the volume of water and I had water falls in several spots where the gutters bowed out. Also, part of the gutter was missing in the back. Unfortunately, that was right over the back door, so if we went out side in even the lightest rain, we got dripped on or poured from the roof. So, the outside of the house was very wet after every rain fall, which probably explains why the basement is so humid. So, I got 4 or 5 estimates last fall to replace the gutters. None of the other companies inspired much confidence in me (some engaged in some very high pressure tactics). I wasn't really happy with any of them. But, in June, I called
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
for an estimate and I was very satisfied with the both the estimate and the type of gutter proposed (heavier gauge aluminum gutter that was wider with bigger downspouts than any of the other companies showed me). Their estimate was about the same amount of money as those other companies (most fell in the range of $1000 - $1300, but one estimate to replace the gutters was $1800). Once I signed the contract, the work was scheduled very quickly (in less than 2 weeks). On the scheduled day, the installer was prompt and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Cleanup was very good (we just found 2 old brackets from the old gutters under a bush, I can understand how they missed them). Another reviewer said this company did a very poor of cleaning up: that wasn't my experience at all. Also, we have a koi pond very close to the front of the house and none of the work debris ended up in the pond, thank goodness! So, the work was done very carefully. I am delighted that the new gutters are actually keeping my house dry! They did an excellent job of matching the gutter and fascia color to the color of the old gutter and the existing fascia. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't take credit cards (I wanted to be able to spread out the cost), but I had the cash in the bank for this job, so that's OK. Overall, I am very happy with how everything turned out. Thanks! It's so nice to not have waterfalls off my roof anymore!

"When we bought our new-to-us house in May 2009, we were told we would need a new roof sooner or later. Spring this year was a damp one, and although there was no leakage, there were puffs of moss growing on the roof, so we opted to get it replaced. I called around and had many quotes.

Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was a middle-of the road quote, but top-of-the line customer service. His crew was punctual, quick, and efficient. My new roof looks so good, I recommended

"Mr.
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave me a quote earlier in the spring. I was very impressed with the guarantee that they offer. The workers who came were very professional and worked hard to complete the work. I especially appreciate the fact that Mr.
Richmond Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
had an engineer come and inspect some structural issues. Steps of the process were explained to me and options were presented to me in a very comfortable manner, not in a panicky kind of way. That was extremely important to this customer. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the experience and would highly recommend that this company do your roof and gutter system."
