"On the phone, she was professional and friendly. However, she arrived at our appointment 15 minutes late and she was on a phone call as she walked up my front steps. I was on the porch, so when she hung up, I specifically asked if it was an emergency call. She indicated that it was not and offered no apology for being late. She entered my beautiful home and I toured her around, pointing out various special items to be cleaned. She seemed to feign interest. She took no notes, but was to send a quote, so I had to practically force her to accept a copy of my notes before she left. I asked her how soon the work could be performed and she told me she wouldn't be able to fit me in for another month! (I'm thinking, why in the h&** did you agree to do a quote if you don't have the time?) Throughout her visit, she seemed disinterested, took no notes, and I felt like someone was judging my dirty floors in a very negative way ( .....you're a cleaning company). Geez.....she could have at least been kind enough to compliment my pretty house. Not one bit of warmth. Couldn't wait for her to leave. She sent the estimate later and I never even opened it. don't want her in my house. Instead - I drove half an hour away and picked up my mom's maid for the day. I gave her twice what she asked for and she seemed happy for the work."

"I had to FIRE them even though they clean well. Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. Every time they cleaned, they DAMAGED something. Although they're "insured," when damages were reported they claimed "the insurance company is iffy" (owner's exact words). At first they said they'd take care of it, but then they denied they ever made those damages (DISHONEST). Essentially you'd have to videotape every cleaning for them to admit any damages. I still haven't been compensated after 7 weeks. I never had a consistent cleaning team, even though one was promised. Also they bill your credit card before service is rendered: sometimes twice for one cleaning when they had to reschedule, and you have to catch them to have it taken off. They liked to reschedule their service with short notice (1hr), and they know you have to rush home to open the door for them (very unprofessional, disorganized). They were leaving comment cards in the beginning, but stopped when damages were reported (No accountability)"

"After 50 minutes we called their supervisor to state that we could not have them continue. The supervisor told them to wait in their car until a quality supervisor came. Within 20 minutes, that supervisor came and agreed that the job was botched. Furniture was not moved. Bathroom toilet had visible feces on it. Bathroom shower stall had large visible streaks. All kitchen counter small appliances had dirt under and behind them. Dusting consisted of a large dust mop sprayed with pledge that was rubbed not only across all kinds of furniture but also rubbed on glass topped tables and picture frames. The quality supervisor was intelligent, very polite, agreed with our assessment of the job and apologized and said that the cleaning team had violated a number of company policies. She offered to have another team come. We declined. There was no invoice. We managed to get the pledge off the glassware and then cleaned the house ourselves."

"In the beginning, I would generally get the same people each time, thus the work was rather consistent. Now I get a rotation of people, and sometimes barely have of the list of tasks are completed. For example: The manager explained if dirty dishes were in the sink, they would move them to the dishwasher. This has never happened, thus I have to do "additional cleaning" before they come in to help ensure they complete the job. When the entire list is done, things usually are done well and the quality is fine. Otherwise, a call might be necessary in order to get someone to return later to complete unfinished tasks."

"I'm pleased with the level of cleaning for the cost. We have a 1,700 square foot house built in 1925 and three animals in the house, so it's hard to get it sparkling. Overall, though, I think they've done a nice job. We had another cleaning service last year, and has done a better job than they did. After each cleaning, they leave a comment card for you to fill out and mail back in, so it's easy to give feedback. Plus, the comment that I made after the first cleaning was fixed after the second cleaning, so I was pleased with the level of service and attention to detail."
