"The first time I picked up the dry cleaning I got home only to realize that they had ripped a hole into my VERY expensive silk dress without even telling us something happened. My husband went back and had them fix it and give us our money back on the item. When I went to pick the dress back up (to make a long story short...45 minute ordeal), they claimed my husband had picked it up, didn't believe me that he hadn't, this then proceeded the manager telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that he remembers my husband picking it up and that my husband needs to get off work and come see him because my husband should be the one taking care of this! Not to mention that I was told until that happened that they weren't going to do anything about it, no money back or anything. After 45 minutes and making my husband almost leave work, they disappeared into the back and

and behold found my dress. Unfortunately the rude manager made someone else hand it to me and never even came out to apologize for the 45 minute inconvenience!"

"The price is right - $1.25/shirt. I had been using their services for about one year. They ruined three of my dress shirts in about three months ("snake bite" holes in shoulder, black "grease"

and mildew - must have placed in plastic before it was dry). The lady who own/manages? The place is very nice but she blamed me for the mildewed shirt even though I had not worn it and it still had their tag on it. With the two "dirty shirt" issues she blamed me and then recleaned the shirts, but to no avail. She never offered to replace the shirts so I switched cleaners. The other cleaner managed to get the shirts clean."
