"The initial ordering process was fine. The store owners were pleasant, patient and helpful. The problem came with the installation process. First off, the man who came to measure did not measure properly. When the granite was delivered, it did not fit the area because the sink (which was included in the price) was far too large for my sink area. Therefore, ...more everything had to go back. On the second trip out, I was told they would arrive between 1 PM and 2:30 PM, I called to verify this time the afternoon before. The next day at 9:45 AM, I received a call that the installers were at my home. I had to leave my job to go to the house. They claimed to know nothing about the prearranged time. They did have the new counter top and the alternate sink. However, when going to install the sink, they then found that while the length and width was fine, the depth was not. My water pipes went up too high to accommodate the sink. At no point did any of the measurer's or installers check this out previously. So, in order to get the sink in, the pipes would have to be cut. My option was to call a plumber and pay him to come immediately or send the counter top back again. So, I called the plumber who had to cut and reroute the pipes in order to get the sink in. Next problem was the faucet (included in the price). Because of the depth of the sink, it was impossible to install the faucet -- there was not enough room under my sink to do it. So, I had to go buy a new faucet ($175.00) and have that installed. When I called the company to complain and request reimbursement for the new faucet and additional plumbing costs, I was told the sink and faucet were "free" - what? When I told him I paid $3,300 for the package and no, the faucet/sink was not "free" he did not agree. I asked him if I needed to go to the BBB. He then claimed I was threatening him, and told me to go ahead to the BBB if I wanted. Which, I shall do. Beware of this company. The countertops are really gorgeous, BUT, all granite countertops are gorgeous and I imagine you can get better service at comparable prices elsewhere."

The electrician had to wait on the cabinet installer several times. We had planned on a one month disruption. This got to be ridiculous. HD takes your money up front and you are left without any recourse."

They handled everything and that made things a lot easier for me because I didn t want to have to hire a lot of companies. They made it all and cleaned up all of the mess and everything was great."
