"Contact with Project Manager, was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to my request for an updated quote as I had previously sought one from him a year ago for the same job. The quote was a couple hundred dollars lower than previously estimated which was a pleasant surprise. Once approval was granted, ...more quickly scheduled the job for about a week later. The installers came in around 7AM on a Sunday and were done and left around 2PM. At first glance, I was disappointed that they had left the new carpet unvacuumed. I also noticed they'd left a hammer and some tiles behind. (The tiles were left on purpose, I later found out, in case we ever needed or wanted to replace any.) After cleaning our new floors, it was time to put all our office equipment back in place. While doing so, I noticed partial (cut) tiles were installed where the carpet met the tile. It was clear that would pose a problem due to the fact that they weren't evenly placed and they were in a high traffic area. My fears that they would crack or lift later proved true. I also noticed glue spots throughout the newly tiled areas which caused dirt to quickly stick and appear quite unattractive. The installers had moved a large desk which I had left a note on indicating it wasn't to be moved more than a few inches because there were telephone lines and electric lines permanently attached. Sure enough, a check of our security footage revealed the installers never read the note and attempted to move the desk several feet. Their efforts caused a phone line to be broken and I was irritated that it meant callers to our business wouldn't have even gotten to our answering machine. A closer inspection of the carpet revealed a few frayed edges along the walls. After taking numerous pictures of the problem areas, I emailed
