"I don't know what the service would cost or if it is even necessary. I just don't know how to rate it because sometimes mechanics can take you lightly, especially if you are a woman. I just don't know if the service was good or bad. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future."

"It was a very pleasant experience. The sales person at the desk was very nice. I always ask for

and they said, "No problem." I had

Road Hazard Agreement that guarantees the life expectancy of all the tires. I only had to pay $4 for the lifetime service on the new tire."

Richmond Tire Shops Reviews

A
"The people who work there are reliable, patient and knowledgeable of tires. I have been using the company for 15 years. They also have reasonable prices. I have recommended them to others based on my positive experiences."
B
"They offer Saturday and Sunday hours, which is very nice. Other companies don't do that. Their customer service is excellent. They are always so friendly and they will answer all your questions. I would recommend them to other people. They have a great business."
D
"I don't know about this place. They told me that the tire was fine and it was because of my wheel base that I was having problems. They tried to get me to have them install another one for $400.00. I told them no and then I got a second opinion from another company. The other company told me that there was nothing wrong with my wheel base and that it was probably just the stem valve."
A
"I have been dealing with

for several years, as have many others in the downtown area. They have an EXCELLENT reputation for not only doing a good job, but they are HONEST. I'd recommend them to anyone !!"
A
"These guys are wonderful! This is the second time I've been there, and they are always gracious, courteous, and knowledgeable. I like giving business to neighborhood businesses, and they are the best!"
A
"I drove up with plans for the day, and no choice but to get the tire replaced first. They took care of my car quickly, and at a fair price. Actually, much less than the last time I'd had to replace a tire."
C
"We are happy with the quality of the tires, and they put them on quickly. The price was the same all over town because we called around. Firestone was the most convenient. However, when we went to pay the bill, I saw a few ''extras''. They were about to charge us about $35 (or so) PER tire for tire insurance in case something happened to them after we drove off! I did not appreciate that they tried to ''sneak it in'' to the bill instead of asking us up front if we wanted it. Also, when we turned this insurance down, they were snippy and tried to intimidate us into buying it by saying that if we got a flat by rubbing the tire on the

, or got a nail in it, there was nothing they could do about it and we'd have to buy a new tire. They did a good job, but if you go, check your bill, and don't be talked into the insurance if you don't want it.
"
B
"Every time I got to the auto service department at
Richmond Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
it is so understaffed and have to wait like 20 minutes to be seen. The cashiers that process the orders are not friendly and appear that they just want to get to the next customers. On the other hand, when I have talked with the mechanics they are very friendly and they do a great job. I am giving it an overall B because of the wait in dropping off or picking up the car after tire installation. Because of their tire prices and warranty I would use again, (but reluctantly)."
