I'd had a very bad experience at another
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
dealer previously, but
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
handled it a thousand times better. I got a good price and a good interest rate. I was in and out quickly. They were very professional. It was such a good experience. I will definitely use them in the future when I'm ready to buy another car and I will recommend them to people.

It is a
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
dealership. I like that they do a good job. I have gone there for other things that weren’t free and I think that they maybe a little more expensive. I purchased my car from them and own the car since
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
2010, so I had service done by them for over a year.

I bought a car from him for $6,000. Someone crashed into me and he fixed me up real good. They give good service and will always find the car that I am looking for.

We were looking for a new SUV, and poked our heads around the local dealerships, as well as local dealer's websites. We were looking for something within our budget, in a specific color, and in good used condition. Though they didn't have one in-state, they were happy to ship one up from Florida! That did cost us and extra fee, but well worth it to get exactly the car we wanted. Since their selection of cars is so huge, we easily found what we needed there. The car was indeed in very good but used condition.

We liked how the sales process worked over at
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. They were professional and helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions. Really, we were pretty impressed and we feel like when it comes to buying a car, they are a place we would feel good about recommending based on our own recent purchase from them.

Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
is a dealership we have had no major problems with. They do what they promise and we feel, they sell good cars. We have had several Nissans and they have all held up, well. The service department is pretty good there and I have no problems to report at this time.

This dealership is good as far as car dealerships go. WE got a good price on our car and we love our purchase so we really have nothing bad to say about them. In general, we found them to be pretty good actually.

Overall, we were happy with the experience. We were offered very good financing, and the sales staff was nice and not too pushy. However, we bought a special package that included exterior and interior surface coatings that are supposed to repel dirt and stains. While it has performed fairly well on the interior, the claims for the exterior seem exaggerated, particularly the rain repellent for the windshield. They also neglected to mention that while we will not have to wax the car, the system comes with a solution that must be applied twice a year to maintain the integrity of the system. I feel like we might as well have to wax!

I was trying to locate and specific vehicle and
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
had all the answers. He was personable and honest. He showed me similar vehicle of the type and style that I was interested in and actually suggested a great option I hadn't considered myself. I felt that he was knowledgeable and didn't write me off for being female. I didn't buy the car that day, but it was very refreshing experience. I am still actively searching and if I can find what I want at
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
in
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
or on line I will make every effort to buy a car from
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked

On 03/22/2013, I responded to an ad on CraigsList for a 1998 VW
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
advertised on "Sale by private owner" (as opposed to "For Sale By Dealer"). I spoke to Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, who directed me to his residence at 505
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
in St.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's Woods. When I arrived, the car and Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
were not present. Texting him, he said that he was driving the car and was at the junk yard picking up some parts and I could meet him there to see the car. I met him and drove the car, not noticing anything particularly wrong. Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
stated that he had just puurchased the car in Fredericksburg the previous day and had not had a
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
to get it State Inspected. He stated that he would pay for the state inspection and any needed repairs discovered.
There was a State Inspection Station across the street from the junk yard and I left the
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
there for it to be completed. I returned at 5:30 on 03/22/2013 to pick up the car which had supposedly passed State Inspection. I paid Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
for the car, purchasing it for $1600 "As Is", which I considered fairly safe since it had passed the inspection. I purchased the car for my daughter who reported that she was smelling gasoline as she drove it and had used half a tank of gas to go just 60 miles.
Six days after the purchase, on 03/28/2013, I took it to an independent mechanic (Seredni's on Iron Bridge Road.) They discovered that the O2 sensor was bad, the fuel filter needed to be replaced and because the fuel line was so corroded, it would probably break when replacing the fuel filter. In addition, viewing the car from the bottom, there was rusting on the floor boards so bad that a finger could be poked through and carpeting could be felt. Seredni's was so spooked by the gasoline dripping from the fuel filter that they refused to start the car to back it out of the garage due to a potential fire hazard. They pushed it out manually.
I immediately contact Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
and his reply was that nothing was wrong at the time of the State Inspection and since I bought it as is, well, just my tough luck. I believe that Mr.
Richmond Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was in cahoots with the Inpection Station and they passed the car illegally.
