"The tech was suppose to be at my house between 1pm & 4pm. Surprisingly he was knocking on my door at 1pm. He was very courteous & friendly & even made friends with my dog. He did a complete preliminary diagnostic without going to far to run the price up. As he did each test, he explained what he was doing & why. I learned a lot while he was here. He was never smug or condescending in the least, & answered all of my questions so I could understand what was going on.
It turned out that everything tested fine. He put it back together & plugged it in, & it started working as it should. He was very nice in informing me that this was not uncommon with electronics. I'm a computer repair & support tech myself & was pleasantly surprised at his attitude & professionalism.
I'm never happy with the charges for service calls, but these guys weren't out of line on their $65 charge compared to other service companies. But the $20 diagnostic charge I felt was way much less than I expected & was very pleased.
I will be calling them definitely in the future for repair work on my other appliances, & will definitely be recommending 
to my friends & neighbors. I know now how they have stayed in business as long as they have."

"The initial call to the company was met with a very nice voice message asking me to wait, and then a very nice person who took in my details and told me the person I needed to talk to was out on a call, but would call me very soon. Chis did call me soon after and thought my problem from the description was a situation where the was not getting enough power. We agreed on an early Monday morning call to set up a time frame for latter that day, The service technician, , was making his own schedule, not an intermediary, which is a good thing. So, comes out, and is very professional in his appearance and demeanor and gets right to work. He determined that the problem was indeed an electrical power situation, one he could not fix, so all I was charge for was the service call fee. If after the electrician fixes the power issue and the if still doesn't work, then, should he need to return, the fee for the service call today would cover that visit as well. I was very impressed and felt I received great service at a fair price.

"The repairman's name was and he was very professional and proficient. He called first thing Monday morning to tell me exactly when he would be there. In my case, that was between 9am and 10am; not a big window at all, so I didn't have to worry about wasting too much time away from the office. He quickly determined that I had a faulty lift switch and proceeded to replace the part in no time at all. It took him just over 15 minutes to get the job done."

"My tenant called on a Fri. with news that the built-in microwave had stopped working. I contacted who was able to respond that day to see what the problem was. The associate called me with the diagnosis, I gave authorization for him to go to the home improvement store & find a replacement. He installed it, it was defective. He took it back to where it was purchased & got a 2nd microwave (the bill was higher than the estimate), installed it, & cleaned up behind himself, all on that same day. dealt with me over the phone for the entire transaction, they used their credit card so my CC information went no further than ' business office. My tenant who was home alone with an infant, & whose husband was in Europe on a business trip, was effusive in her remarks relative to the work performed by . Most importantly - she is extremely security conscious, & never felt uncomfortable with this representative in her home."

"I needed quicker help than I could get from folks I had used in the past. I called Affordable and was told would call me right back if he was not involved in a job. Within about an hour he called and told me where he was and that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes (he was). He went right to work, being careful to move whatever might fall when he moved the refrigerator. In about 20 minutes he was finished and advised me to not open the refrigerator for several hours to allow the cold to build up. He was efficient, friendly, and capable. I'm very pleased."

"The microwave was still under warranty so we did not have to pay for it. It was not even six months after we had bought it. They did come here with no problem and they were able to fix it. They could have definitely come out a little quicker. It was a good week before they got to it. If they had just gotten here sooner, I would have been pleased."

" is just a general handyman who does general handyman work. He is also licensed as well. He works out really well and I have recommended him to others. I am a Realtor and his prices are extremely reasonable I think. The quality he does is also great. He does charge by the job, not the hour."

"I'll tell you, you want to find companies that stand behind their products and that back them. We did learn that Kitchen will do that and accomplish that task without giving you a problem. If you have a warranty, they will actually live up to their end of the deal. That is a good thing to know. Its also nice to know they send out decent folks to do the work. That is also important to us as consumers."

"This guy is excellent. He raised the fridge door but it didn't quite work so he came out and fixed it free of charge. He's very knowledgeable and experienced and did a superb job on both appliances. A very solid company; highly recommended."
