"Since I have only just reported this retailer to the supplier of the wholesale lace goods, I have no idea, at this time, how it will ultimately be resolved. At the end of January, if I have not either received word from Lace or received my merchandise, I will call my credit card company and get them involved as well. I learned after waiting for two weeks, that if the seller does not give you a specific ship date at the time of ordering, the buyer is required to give the seller 30 days from the time of purchase to get the merchandise to you before you can request a credit be made to your account with the credit card company. Lace gives no specific ship date on their web site so they are free to charge your card and use your money, and you can do nothing about it for 30 days. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!"

"The price I ended up paying was not the quoted price. The blinds do not fit the windows. They are to come back and put magnets on one blind but they have not done that. They do not answer my phone calls. I would not recommend them."

" and his son were wonderful to work with. Mr. was able to come to our house within a few days of my calling. Upon arriving promptly removed his shoes to evaluate our needs. He was very honest about the things that would be better addressed by other individuals (i.e. - installing new garage door openers and fixing a minor leak in our roof - the roof is 2 and 1/2 stories high.) He was able to fit us in within a week of providing an estimate. He and his son showed up on time and ready to work. I have a home office and had no trouble working while they were working on our various projects. They were able to complete every project within the day and the projects were done well. They spoke very kindly to one another and they vacuumed as they went to make sure that things were left as clean as possible. I would absolutely hire this company again. They saved us from having to spend numerous weekends working on our house."

"Overall was VERY professional and asked for my feedback on everything he was working on. I asked him to adjust the face board placement when he was done and did it without hesitation. He insisted that if I was unhappy with anything that he would work on it until I was satisfied. I had many questions on other items in the house and he patiently answered them. He was at our home for 3 hours."

"I highly recommend & ! is very professional & honest, but most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable & skilled regarding his trade. I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the blinds & valances, as well as the quality of the installation. He mounted/installed the brackets on the INSIDE of the window frames, despite limited space (other blind installers had told me that interior mounting was not possible on my window frames). His creativity, adaptability, & skills-set are extraordinary. 's prices for the blinds & installation was fair, reasonable, & competitive; however, his knowledge base & craftsmanship are superior to the competition! If you need blinds, give a call...you won't be sorry you did!"
