All work (noted above) completed in one day one week later (9/11).
All work was performed in a professional and excellent manner.

Oh my goodness how refreshing to work with a someone who is a man of his word. His work was above anything I had hoped for. I have worked with alot of contractors in the past but Mr.
restored my faith. He went above and beyond to help us redo our entire kitchen and bath. He offered advice throughout the entire process. The finished product is beautiful !!

Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
and Rich came out to give us the initial bid, I was impressed by the amount of time that they spent walking through exactly what we were looking to have done at our house. They took the time to ask the right questions and it showed. The other contractors that we got bids from were in and out in half the time and it showed when their bids were incorrect. The pricing we received from
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
was right in line with the other bids that we received, but had the extra time and effort put into it that I didn't see in the others.

When we decided to move forward with
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
, we nailed down a timeframe for the work to be completed, which was very important to me as I had a very small window of time to get the work done due to having a small child in the house. Rich and his team were out here bright and early everyday and stayed late almost every day to ensure that we were able to get things done within the amount of time that we had. They were great, down to earth people and were asking about specific details as they were working to make sure things were done just like we wanted them.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the cost of the doors to be installed, but we were able to come to an agreement that was ameniable to both of us very quickly.

Once everything was said and done, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and service that was received and will definitely use them again if any additional projects arise.

Thanks guys!

repaired our home last spring after extensive tornado damage. They moved swiftly to repair our roof and secure the home. They then worked on the interior of our home, repairing walls, floors and ceilings in a professional manner at very reasonable cost. Mr.

We were impressed the first time we met
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
(owner) and Rich (foreman). They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We liked that we got to meet with the primary person working on our job (Rich) and not just the owner. It made us feel more comfortable with having strangers in our home for a few months. During the initial meeting, we showed them our plans (we had a family member draw up plans for us), they offered helpful suggestions, listened intently when we told them what we did and did not want and took notes during the whole meeting. Overall, we just got a really good vibe from them. While
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
was working on the estimate, we emailed over a few questions and he was quick and thorough with his responses.
The estimate they came back with was around what we were thinking it would be (not the lowest estimate we received from the five contractors we interviewed, but not the highest either - by far!). The tornado damage estimate was right at what our insurance company had quoted us as well.
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
first sends the total estimate, then if you want to get an itemized estimate, they will make that up for a $250 deposit (which is credited back if they do your work).
They started work on the tornado damage while we were waiting for our loan to come through for the addition. They worked on that from
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
28th through August 3rd. We were very pleased with how quickly they got it all done and how much everything looked like new when they finished.
Meanwhile, their structural engineer stamped the plans and they were ready to start construction.
They began on our addition on August 5th. Rich and the other guy (I can't remember his name right now) would get here at about 8am (or sooner) and would work until after 5pm, most days. They were here every weekday until it was time for their subcontractors to hang the sheetrock. We were pleased with how quickly the building was coming together.
We had some major issues with our roofing company and through it all,
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
was ready, willing and able to help whenever we needed it. Rich and the other guy even came back to our house at around 7pm the night hurricane
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
came through to throw and secure tarps over the entire structure since the roofers had not started on the new roof yet. Also,
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
was ready to call his roofing subcontractor in the event we had to fire our roofing guy. We really appreciated their willingness to help out. (Not to mention the fact that they commiserated with us on the unprofessionalism and ineptitude of our roofer.)
Once the structure was complete, the tile guy (
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
, I think) came in and did the shower and floor tile in the bathroom. He was very friendly and, although hard to understand sometimes, listened to what we wanted and did a beautiful job. Meanwhile, Rich worked on the moldings, the closet shelving and the painting.
Once that was finished, we had to wait on the special order carpet and the special order countertop.
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
worked with us to find us the best deal on both the carpet and the countertops, checking multiple suppliers until we got what we wanted at the best price. Rich installed our custom vanity (made by my father-in-law) so it would be ready for guys to make the template for the countertop.
The electrician came in in the meantime and hooked up the electrical in the bedroom and closet, so we could move in to the new master bedroom while we were waiting on the countertop to complete the bathroom.
The carpet was installed in about 3 hours and they did a great job.
The countertop came in about a week and a half later and once that was in, the tile guy came back to finish up the flooring and backsplash, Rich finished the painting, the electrician finished up and the plumber hooked everything up. Once everything was completed, we had the final inspections and the rooms were complete.
We couldn't be happier with our new master bedroom, closet and bath!
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
made the process as painless as possible and we would recommend them to anyone needing a contractor. They are fantastic!

From the very beginning the response time to assist us was great. We had a tree on our house and it was raining outside. Water was coming in our home and they came that very day and removed the tree, and covered the holes so that we could minimize the water damage. They brought lights with them so they could work in the dark and secure our home before they left.

Once the insurance representative gave the OK to move on the repairs,
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
started. All the providers that came were courteous, professional, and polite. Their craftsmanship was to our satisfaction and passed inspection on the first pass. They were knowledgable about water damage, current building code, and all aspects of the restoration. All contact with
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
was done in a timely matter and they were helpful in any way. They answered all our questions and helped with paperwork and they returned all our phone calls.

We would recommend

to anyone who needed their services.

I originally asked for an estimate on a large remodel. The price quoted was outside of my budget.
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
ended up doing the mud sill and framing in the closet for $1750. I am getting a lot of the work done that he quoted me for a much lower price. One thing I've been miffed about is that
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
removed the light in my closet by having his workers cut the wires and stuff them up in the ceiling. I will now need to ask an electrician to climb up in my attic, locate the wires, and cut a new hole in the ceiling of my closet. He said he wasn't going to mess with doing this (even thought his quote included the light) because he was concerned that my walls were plaster. My house doesn't contain plaster but he never got far enough to discover this fact... he just took the light out and moved on. Overall he was nice and punctual but just seemed to want to get me out of his hair once he realized it was a small job, I could be wrong.

Everything was excellent from the first day
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
came to work for me. March 25, April lst and 4/8/13
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
worked in my home. He did gutters and leaders, carpentry, repair and install fixtures, repair outdoor lighting, build shelves in home and garage and much more. He has my utmost respect and qualification.

I had interviewed 4 or 5 other contractors until I settled on
Raleigh Custom Frames Provider Name Locked
and his team. He seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, had no trouble working from my plans or from taking direction from a woman. In fact, we settled into a comfortable understanding which seem to move the projects along. He was more than willing to do whatever we needed, or to allow us to finish portions ourselves (which helped in keeping the budget down). We now have a beautiful room with great light any time of the day and the amount of storage triples what we use to have around the trusses.
No sooner did we finish the attic remodel, than we began the deck. This was done in just a little over 2 weeks including demolition, inspections and construction (including installation of an exterior duplex) and clean up.
We were very impressed with the fact that both jobs had little physical impact to our property, or the neighborhood during construction and they cleaned up after themselves after each day's work. We are very pleased with both projects, and cannot wait until the next
one - which we will most certainly use
