Dr.
& his staff are very meticulous & thorough in a caring atmosphere. He did my cataract surgery 4 years ago after other ophthamologists told me I didn't need it. Since the surgery my vision is 20/20 in each eye & 20/15 combined.I am extremely well pleased & trust him very much.

I've been very pleased with him. He's very personable. He gave me a new prescription and I can see better. The people in his office are very nice and his prices are in line. He is getting busier, I made an appointment and it took about 2 weeks to get in. Everything is clean, the building isn't far from me and that's another reason I went to see him. I wear contacts but ordered a new pair of glasses for my new prescription. If someone treats me well and makes my vision good then I keep them.

He is my regular eye doctor. I normally see him once a year. When the annual visit rolled around I didn’t see him because it coincided with this special procedure that I was having done by another eye doctor. He does just routine eye care and I didn’t have any specific conditions that needed treatment. It was a routine annual check up that he did and it was very comprehensive. He and his office do an excellent job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr

. The only reason I went to another doctor was because I was seeking a very specialized procedure which very few doctors do and Dr
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
was in the group that doesn’t do that procedure. I am going to go back to him on a regular basis like I used to earlier.

They are fabulous there. My optometrist is a good listener. She really listens to what the patient says. She said my prescription had just slightly changed and she didn't push me to get new lenses and prescriptions. She said if I feel comfortable with them then there really isn't a need for a change. I liked that because it saved me money. They just did an adjustment on my regular glasses. She is very nice and thorough.

I had two interactions with them recently. The last was in January and that was very good and the previous interaction with them about a year and half ago that was terrible. It was because of one staff member and I think it is not fair to hold them accountable. I
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
’t think that particular staff member is there any more. They
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
’t have all the frames in their office so it could take a long time to get them. It could take them 10 days to 2 weeks to get the frame. What I like about them is that I have vision insurance with my employer and they are very good to work with that and they give you the maximum refund they can. They are really skilled and they can pull out every policy and tell you exactly what all your deductibles are and how much you have. That is very good because you
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
’t know how your vision insurance is going to work. It takes so long to get frames. When you go in there you want to get new glasses and you would want to get the whole thing done within 4-5 days. I

’t understand why they can’t. They do all the work that is needed for the glasses on site and that’s what takes so long. If you pick the frame out, they take the prescription and then it takes at least 10 days to 2 weeks to get them. If you have broken your glasses then you would be a freak and you would have to go somewhere else. They have good office hours and they have good hours for working people. The office is quite beautiful. They just fill out your prescription. They work with your insurance. I would use them again if I didn’t need broken glasses repaired by the afternoon. One of the nice things is they have real stylish and cutting

frames. They have high end edgy looking frames.

I made my appointment on-line and they called the day before to confirm it. The appointment started almost on time, but I had to wait several minutes to see the optometrist. I found the technicians to be generally friendly, but the optometrist (
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
Broza) was not very friendly and not overly receptive to questions that I had. She made me feel as though we were rushing as fast as possible to finish. The price for the contact fitting seemed high ($89) as well. I will seek another optometrist for next year's appointment.

Filled out all my paperwork on-line and it was sent to the doctor's office. That was SO CONVENIENT!! Their office has the newest equipment and technology, I even got to see a picture of the inside of my eye!! I thought only dentists could do that. The doctor was very professional and thorough. The staff was very friendly, and was able to answer my questions about my insurance. They had A LOT of nice glasses to choose from. I also got some new contact lenses. I highly recommend this doctor's office, and I will go back for my next visit.

After 16 years with same Optometrist I began to have contact lens issues that were not being addressed. When I walked into Dr
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
's office for a Second Opinion my eyes were red and irritated from ill-fitting contacts. Since 1980 I had worn contacts with no problems at all so this was different for me. I explained to Dr
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
that I was trying out Bi-Focal lenses for the first time but was not having any luck. In one visit, after a very thorough eye exam, he was able to find a contact lens that was comfortable and met my vision needs I am very happy to report that I am able to continue wearing contacts. I was almost ready to give up and wear my glasses. If I had not gone to Dr
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
for a Second Opinion I may not be able to say that.

The exam by Dr.
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
went fine. I don't have a problem with her.....maybe she is great. But the glasses I received just weren't right. I couldn't see as well with them as with my old glasses. Especially for reading. I am accustomed to progressive lenses, but these just weren't right. I tried to explain to the technician that the focal points for the left and right eyes seemed to be different.....i.e., if the print was in focus for the right eye, I'd have to move my head a little for it to be in focus for the left eye, and vice versa. And the focal point is extremely narrow....I have to move my head (not just my eyes) to read even a short distance. Like I say, not as good as my old progressive glasses (from a different optometrist). After realizing all this, I went back to see Dr.
Raleigh Optometrists Provider Name Locked
about a week later, but the staff would not let me see her. They insisted I work with the glass-fitting lady. So she re-fitted my eyes and sent off for a new set of glasses. They were no better than the first ones. I am very unhappy with these glasses....even after several months of usage. I'll have to wait until next year's insurance program kicks in and get something different. I will not be going back to Eye Care Associates, or if I do, I will have a satisfaction or no payment guarantee understanding going in. They even sent me a satisfaction survey after the appointment, wherein I gave them detailed critical feedback. Think anyone ever contacted me as a result?........not a
