Raleigh Masonry Contractors Reviews
"Came as scheduled to make an estimate to repair the front brick porch and steps. Very courteous and detailed in recommendation. The estimate was 370% higher than two other bids I received. Ergo, I did not use his services. UPDATE: I didn't mean infer that Mr. to do the job his way. The alternate solution proposed and accepted was to remove and replace all loose brickwork on the top surface, totally replace one step and install gray stone of the entire surface of both the porch and step. This completely satifactory work was done for $940. Mr. "
"Overall the project went well. They were prompt and competitive with their quote, and started work promptly. We spent a fair amount of time detailing exactly what I wanted, which was a bit unusual. The brick provided did not match the house exactly, but was close enough. I realized after they left that I had overlooked one mistake, but when I brought it to their attention they were very willing to fix it."
"I found the company on Angie's list and based on his rating, decided to call. I called the company on a Thursday afternoon and described what I needed. He agreed to come to my home the next morning at 9 a.m. to give me an estimate. He gave me the price, which I thought was reasonable, and agreed to to the job the same day. He left to get the matching bricks and returned about 2 hours later. Within 90 minutes, he was done. I have been putting this work off for 1 1/2 years (just wasn't sure who to call). I am very please with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again."
"They stepped in and took over a job that another company had made mistakes on. They did a great job at correcting all the work the previous company had done. They finished in a very quick manner. They did half the job in four days that had taken the other company six weeks to do! They did a good job. I plan on having them come back out when I work on my basement and need some carpentry and brick work completed."
"We were extremely pleased with the work that
" have the greatest confidence in him and any project he does is just beautiful."
"They gave the best price of four companies we contacted. While it took them a while to get started due to personal issues with the owner, they did the work they promised quickly and professionally. They matched the existing brick well, built the wall back quickly, and were a pleasure to deal with. Very pleasant and professional!"
"I was quite pleased that they took the time to listen and then they made some recommendations. Although what they recommended meant they would not get the work, they were honest and gave me their best recommendation and did not just come over and do what I had originally requested to make the money. I would have not been happy in the end had I proceeded with my original plan. I would recommend this company to others, and will use them on future projects at home. The advice was free and saved me money ill spent."
