"First visit was awesome. Called me in advance, told me when they were coming, came and did work. Next visit was the seeding visit. I wanted them to call in advance so that the lawn would be clear of leaves and mowed. They called LATE at night the night before, and were there the next morning. They seeded with pine straw covering the lawn (didn't aerate much thru the leaves *grin*). I called to complain and they came back after I mowed. Again didn't call until late, no advance notice, but I had prep'd the lawn, and they did a great job. Lawn looked great thru two more services, but they never would call in advance, every time I would call and request a call in advance. I got the guilt trip from the office staff, and finally canceled the service. They came at the next regularly scheduled time, did the work, and left a bill! This began a several month battle of phone calls and letters, which finally culminated in me paying for half the service, and they promised not to come back."
