Left no instruction on how to care for the sod and owner did not bother to follow-up to see how work was done or check customer satisfaction, they simply sent final invoice by mail. Customer service is lacking - only way I got response later was to withhold final payment. I also discussed ongoing yard maintenance where they were quick to come out and estimate, but it took so long to get them to come out and actually do the work, I ended up not going with them. "
