"They are responsive and care about the pets they treat. I think their prices may be a little high and you need to be very specific in telling them what you want them to do. For example, if it is time for a worm check or general check-up and you don't think they are necessary, make sure you tell them you only want the shots the animals are due to receive. Overall, I am pleased so I keep using them."

"The doctors and staff were always compassionate, caring, professional, and efficient. The staff were always friendly with people and sweet with our dog. They send out reminders for shots, etc., and took excellent care when we needed to put him in daycare. When our dog's time came, the doctors were forthright and honest, and did everything humanly possible to provide for his comfort and care. Dr. Holmann even called while on vacation to check on our dog's condition. They were very patient and thorough with us, made very sure they answered all our many, many questions, and took all the time we needed to thoroughly discuss test results and options. All the vets at are excellent, but Dr is my hero. She not only made many extrordinary efforts during her diagnosis and treatment, she even came to our home to perform the euthanasia when that became necessary, and took care of all the arrangements for cremation afterward. Later, we received a beautiful sympathy card which included a note from each doctor and staff member that had known our dog at . A donation was made to a local animal charity in his memory."

"We have been customers of since their opening in 2004. We were one of their first customers and have been frequently utilizing their services for almost four years. Our dogs, and Catie, both frequently stay for day care while we have work obligations. We also frequently travel out of town for business and vacation and the unique services of provide an environment that we especially appreciate. We know our family pets are safe and nurtured in a way we would want our family pets to be cared for when we can not be with them. The location of is very convenient to the RDU Airport and greatly improves our out of town travel plans. We appreciate the convenience as well as the fuel savings we achieve in today s economy because of their location near the airport. We greatly appreciate that they screen dogs prior to accepting them for daycare or boarding. We know our dogs are in a safe environment with people who care about their welfare."

"They were very good to my dog. My dog was very happy to go there. They just seemed like they are very happy to care for the animals. They give a good report as well when we picked our dog up."

"The first time I took Rocky to VIP he was a very scared Chihuahua. Ever since then, he is so happy to go. He gets so much love and attention. He has also learned to be more social with other dogs. I really appreciated the staff at VIP because I know that my dog is having a blast and he is being loved."

"Our dog seems to love the kennel, so much that she may not even notice us when we pick her up, but goes to other dogs. She always looks and acts good. The bath they gave her left her nice and shiny and smelling good. I highly recommend this kennel, although there are several I could choose that are closer to my home."

" is simply excellent! I have used them repeatedly over the past 2 years, and my dog just loves going there! He gets excited when we pull into the parking area. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. Worth every penny to know he is in good hands!"

"My dogs seem to do well there. I like the fact that they play outside under supervision instead of having to stay in a crate all day and night. They seem happier when they come home than when I used to board them at the vet. The price is higher than I paid at the vet, but I think I get more for the money as well. I think some of 's payment policies are less convenient than I would prefer, and some of the staff could be friendlier. I like the fact that they have Sunday pickup - very convenient."

"we've used for years, since we moved to the area. It's a small, family-run business. The owners and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely care for the animals. Our dogs get clean, warm, dry runs, and generous outdoor playtime. Never had a problem with and recommend them wholeheartedly."

" has an intro period where they take a few daycare sessions to assess if your dog will fit into their pack. Our two dogs passed and had been going to daycare 1-2 days per week for three months. The dogs seemed very happy and I made reservations for boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday. The price is high for their services. The dogs stay in crates during nap time and overnight. The staff are well-meaning but unable to handle aggressive or difficult dogs. At the most recent daycare session, my dogs got into a fight and one was injured severely. My dogs have never fought like that before, and I can't help but wonder about what was going on in the environment to get them so upset. I also question the supervision of the dogs because of this incident. To their credit, they rushed my injured dog to the vet and kept my other dog for the rest of the day. They also called me immediately. I think the staff are good people, but I can't trust them with my dogs after this."
