"They are responsive and care about the pets they treat. I think their prices may be a little high and you need to be very specific in telling them what you want them to do. For example, if it is time for a worm check or general check-up and you don't think they are necessary, make sure you tell them you only want the shots the animals are due to receive. The dogs seemed very happy and I made reservations for boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday. The price is high for their services. The dogs stay in crates during nap time and overnight. The staff are well-meaning but unable to handle aggressive or difficult dogs. At the most recent daycare session, my dogs got into a fight and one was injured severely. My dogs have never fought like that before, and I can't help but wonder about what was going on in the environment to get them so upset. I also question the supervision of the dogs because of this incident. To their credit, they rushed my injured dog to the vet and kept my other dog for the rest of the day. They also called me immediately. I think the staff are good people, but I can't trust them with my dogs after this."
