came to my home and gave me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. Approximately, 2 weeks later the workers arrived to do the work. Mr.

came by as the workers found a problem with the bottom two stairs that could not have been seen during the the estimate. The treads needed to be replaced which increased the cost but they were able to find them right away. The order in which the work was supposed to be done was off and a day that I was told would only take 45 minutes took 4 hours and vice versa on another day. The cut off the pickets that went up the stairs and said they would nail them down versus drilling a hole in the wood as they were before. After the work was done I can see where the nails are and there was no attempt to cover this. The one surprise was that Mr.

did not come by to see the finished product and likely would not have been to my house at all after the estimate if they had not found a problem with the last two steps. Luckily the floors are great although they don't match the other wood as much as I hoped but Mr.

explained to us before this was done that the existing floor had yellowed from the sun. Overall a good experience and we are extrememely happy with the oucome."
