"I had a inexperienced person who dyed my hair jet black, I expressed my objection and dismay and asked if I could get it corrected. They declined, saying that I "ok'ed" the choice of color. I shouldn't have paid, but did. Called to talk to a manager, turned out he and the owner were both on the line (sneaky, UNPROFESSIONAL) and the owner was angry and rude, but agreed to d do the correction himself. It sounded like more of a threat than a offer of service, so I cut my losses in fear of what he might do to my hair."
