"This was a great choice for our furniture to get back to beautiful. There was a little bit of confusion on when the pieces were to be picked up, but nothing catastrophic since the quality far outweighed anything. The staff and owner are very very knowledgeable and we will use them in the future."

"They did a fantastic job. They were able to complete the work in less than two weeks. The price included the re-upholstering and a finish. They did A+ quality work. I would definitely use them again in the future. "

"The work was well done. The sofa looks better than it has in over 50 years. I grew up with this sofa as a child and it still sits better today than any new sofa I have ever sat on anywhere. It is solid, firm and supports the back and the body in a way sofas built today are just not built or designed to do. That is the reason I spent the money to have it rebuilt and recovered. I've waited for 25 years to have this work done. was punctual, arriving on time, calling to schedule the delivery time, and delivering on time. He gave us an estimate of between $1600 and $1700, depending on what fabric I chose. He stayed on top of his subcontractor doing the upholstery work to insure the job was done in a timely fashion and the work was professionally completed. He invited us to come by and take a look at his location and see how the work is done, which we did. Since I used to do hand of antiques, rebuilding and reupholstery work, in another life time ago, so I am very familiar with all the aspects involved. It is difficult, dirty, and time consuming labor. is set up to do dip stripping, however I prefer not to do this on my antiques. But I can say that the sofa has never looked or sat better than it does now. We have a great many pieces of furniture we have inherited which will need to have repair work done to, not necessarily complete , just repairs and minor . will be called again. My only request that was not followed through on was that I did not receive the remainder of any unused fabric, and there were no protective sleeve caps made for the sofa to prevent wear, which the upholsterer would be expected to think about, as a long term protective measure against dirt, stains and wear on the sleeves. As an artist, I use all types of items in my creative work. So I wanted to use the remnants of this heavy gauge fabric.

"They ended up making two trips to pick up the pieces because one was discovered later than the others, which I appreciated. He said up front it would take several months because they were so busy with work. I believe it was about 3 months and I probably delayed the completion about 2 weeks because I was having trouble finding fabric for them to do the reupholstering on the chair. and his people did a fabulous job--all four pieces looked better than I had ever seen them. He was very concerned with making sure I'd be happy with the color of the finish, especially one cherry table which had become orange in over the years from sun damage. He suggested restoring it back to what it probably looked like when my grandmother purchased the table, and it looks beautiful. I had been planning to consign the chair after the repair, but it looks so fabulous I kept it."

"I've used and Finishpros twice now, both with family heirlooms that are priceless in sentimental value. This week he returned to me the easy chair my parents bought in the 1940s and reupholstered themselves a couple of times over the years. My parents are both gone now and I wanted to save the chair. I purchased two of leather from the vendor at the state fairground flea . came to my house and looked at the chair and the leather, and said it wasn't enough leather. He helped me select a fabric he already had in stock to use on the back and sides that would complement the leather. The chair now looks better than ever! Two years ago I used Finishpro to reupholster and reglue six antique maghony dining rooms chairs that have been in the family for 100 years. I was so happy with that, that I called on again for my Dad's easy chair."

"The work was fine, it did not exceed my expectation, but it was still good. They said that it would take 3 weeks but ended up taking 6 weeks. They seem like they knew what they were doing though."

"Bill came to our house and gave us an estimate for the work the day after we called him. It was just before Christmas and we needed the table back quite quickly. They picked up the table top (which needed to be disassembled from the base) and chairs, did the work, and returned them within the time window we asked for. The workmanship was excellent. We use the table everyday in our kitchen. They put a polyeurothane finish so that we won't have to worry about watermarks or stains again. The chairs are solid now, so the whole set looks brand new. I always get sticker shock over the price of this kind of work, but it seems to be a fair price for the amount of work involved. They were professional and courteous and did what they promised."

" has wonderful classical taste. I feel as though my home is tasteful, elegant and still feels like a 'home'. takes her time with each client and does a great job offering selections and guiding choices. She has a very pleasant personality and is very enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a timeless and elegant feel for their home."

"He is extremely meticulous about the work that he does. He was very good about calling as to when he would be coming, or if he was going to be a little bit late. Also, he is very trustworthy. I even gave him the key to the house when he was here."
