is a very good doctor, she listens to you and actually acts on things that may need to be checked out further. The office staff at the practice is good, lab, screeners, nurses are all very good. It takes time to get through to a person and/or speak to the doctor directly."

"They have a little bit of every kind of doctor in one building so they are all right there; they even have a gym and physical therapy there. They have a pool where children get lessons and the elderly get physical therapy. When I was having a hard time accepting my husband?s stroke, there was someone there that I could talk to so I could better understand what was going on. If you can?t get in to see your own doctor you can see one of the others so there is always someone available. The staff is very friendly but I have trouble with billing and administration because they have a hard time understanding that my Medicare is primary and BlueCross BlueShield is secondary; sometimes I work myself into a tizzy to make sure they get it right.
