"We purchased a groupon from this company for a whole house cleaning. After moving all our furniture for the cleaning the tech showed up and informed us that since our carpet had some red mud tracked in (the reason we wanted the carpet clean) he would have to order a chemical which should come in 3-5 days and that he would come back out to do the cleaning "even if I have to come back on a saturday or sunday". And that he would call us to reschedule. After days pass with no word we have to call several times and finally get the response "well you carpet is so dirty that it would take 5 hours to clean and the first appointment available is *weeks* off." We hadn't moved the furniture back since were to believe that the time frame for our cleaning would be much shorter so we lived inconveniently for most of a week for no reason due to poor communication.
We set a date for the cleaning and have a friend available to let him in. The tech showed up and "cleaned" all the carpets in <1 hour. After inspection afterwards the spots that had been really dirty were clean indicating that the process worked well, but the work was overall spotty. There was a 1'x3' mud stain in the hallway which is still there.
Additionally the tech used our water hose to clean off his equipment without the courtesy of asking first.
Since we only paid $65 for the service I don't feel the need to press the issue further, but I would not use this company again even at a deep discount due to the poor communication, poor work quality, and lack of professionalism."

"Our experience was very poor. Punctuality and work performance were unacceptable.
Punctuality
provided a 4 hour window from 12 to 4. We called at 1:47 to verify approximate arrival time. The answering customer service representative was unable to confirm a time which is understandable without talking with the technician. However, being rude was unnecessary. Technician called within 15 minutes explaining that he was routed to our house as the last stop.
As 5 PM approached, we contacted the store at 4:45 but could only leave a message. Fearing they would close for the day, we tried several more times. Someone finally answered after 3 attempts. They explained that the technician would be running late and would be at our home soon. They arrived 1 hour and 18 minutes later. Our home was ready at 12 with all furniture removed from the areas for cleaning. finally arrived at 6:18 PM.
Work Performance
Being late and the last stop created an environment for poor quality. The technician needed to be reminded of missed areas. Their work on the stairs was poor. It was either point out areas to re-do or get them out of the house for my 18 month olds bedtime.
They offered protectant instead of discounting the price for their punctuality. Asking for a discount to the original price was not something was willing to do.
Our experience was poor. In four months, we will be using a different vendor for this service."

"The website is very good. It gives very good instructions on how to prepare and what to expect (what to move, etc.). It was very easy to prepare, since I didn't have to move any furniture. All I had to do was remove non-furniture items off the floor. He arrived very promptly, worked very efficiently, and got rid of the stains! He was friendly and polite. And I must add that the "he" that came to do the cleaning was the business owner himself! The work was not intrusive (all I had to do was keep the cat out of the way for a few hours). And I could walk on the carpet immediately (although I chose to leave the house). The next day, I simply removed plastic squares and blocks from under furniture legs. I will definitely call him again."
