Raleigh Tire Shops Reviews

"I had shopped around for tires for a while, mostly using the internet. The
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
website lets you choose the tire(s) you're interested in, and after specifying your car make/model you are given a total "Out the Door" price. After I made my tire choice I called the store to make an appointment. The person I spoke to took my car info, made sure the tires were in stock and gave me the same price I had arrived at on the website, to the penny. The day of the appointment everything was going fine. The employees were friendly and seemed professional, and the work started on time. The problem came when it was time to pay. The number didn't sound right. It turns out they had added on their optional "Certificates for Repair" that covers catastrophic tire damage. This added $101 to the total. Not only did I not ask for this, it was never even mentioned. They corrected the charge, but without any explanation or apology. Later when cleaning the sealing gunk off the tires, I noticed that when removing the old stick-on wheel weights, the technician used a grinder and also removed some paint from one of the alloy rims- cosmetic damage that I'm sure could have been avoided with a little care."

"I submitted a request for a quote for four new

tires via the internet to

(

Avenue in

... Store #36) at about 11pm on 10/6/11. I received a detailed quote first thing the next morning. I called to review the quote with them and they were very helpful and took their time addressing all my questions. When I asked about installation times, I was very pleased to hear that I would be able to come in for service that afternoon. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and very clean. The location of the store is excellent because it is easy and convenient to get to and beause it is located in a shopping area with a variety of stores and restaurants, giving the option to wait in the store or take advantage of the nearby shopping / dining. The mounting, balancing and alignment of four new tires took about 30-45 minutes longer than estimated but it was still very punctual. I left feeling very good about the purchase and the services provided. Oh yeah, it is pretty amazing how much better my car drives now with those new

tires. Hope this helps you.

"The quick to respond on a holiday weekend. The owner would have volunteered to come over and blow up my tire so I could get to the shop. I was there for about 2 hours total. They did a great job! They also did dynamic balancing so make sure the tire was on correctly. "

"Car overheated on husband's commute home on Wednesday 8/17. We dropped the car off (night drop) at
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
that evening and the work was done the following day. Our schedule rarely allows for a regular-hours pickup, so like many other times, my husband paid the bill over the phone with a credit card and picked up the car after hours on 8/18 - we had the shop lock the key in the car and we used a spare key to get the car.

We have had our cars serviced at
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
for several years now, since they were Western Boulevard Exxon. We have also purchased tires at
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
(including tires for the 2007 Honda) and have our inspections done there. We have always found them to be fast, reliable, courteous, and honest. They have never suggested any service or parts over and above those needed. Their labor rates are reasonable.
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
inherited the business from his father and seems to take pride in running an honest business with integrity. We trust this business and I highly recommend it.

"Excellent. Very friendly.
Raleigh Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
is a gentleman with a big smile. They are nearby, so it's nice to have a real mechanic in the neighborhood. I will get my car inspection there too in a couple of weeks."

"I dropped my car off on a Saturday, then went to a movie. By the time I got back to the shop they had performed all services, had my invoice/bill ready and my car was cleaner I think."

"The service is excellent here. They have been able to do things in one day, I have not had to leave the car overnight. They maintain my car so that it works efficiently. I have no trouble scheduling appointments with them."

"I think they work really great and quick. It only took them two hours to rotate the tires and change the oil. They do top quality work. I have no complaints about their service."

"I was really impressed with this company. They matched the cost of tires from another company so that I could buy the tires from them. I thought it was great that they have their own warehouse in town. I have special order tires and it usually takes days to get my tires in, but they got them that day from the warehouse. Their waiting area was not real clean, but it wasn't too bad."
