"Overall it was a good experience because we weren't against a deadline. The drawings delivered were of no use and added additional delay to the project. Call backs and interim commitments were slow coming but the final result was worth the wait. We'll use them again for trim carpentry and found their price to within reason for the amount and quality of the work."

"I couldn't be happier with my experience! Mr. took the time to make sure he understood what I wanted and that the work was done to my satisfaction. He was a true craftsman who planned ahead to get things "just right" and had a nice balance of seeking my input and providing guidance about how things would look best, sometimes doing mock ups so I could see how they would look. The cabinetry and woodwork are beautiful! He was punctual, followed through on what he promised, and left the worksite cleaner than he found it. His assistant and others he helped me hire to do related work were all excellent."

" came and looked at the list I had, marked what he was able to do, gave an estimate for the work, came punctually every day and worked long and hard to complete the projects.
He cleaned up his work areas, apprised me of any problems he encountered, never did anything without consulting me first. As he worked, he found additional problem areas which he pointed out to me. It was my call to add them to the list or not... I did! He was so easy to work with! He had some very creative ideas on to rectify some issues that were really an annoyance to me. He came highly recommended by word of mouth and lived up to every glowing report I had from several other satisfied customers."

"They did a good job, everything went off very well. I was pleased with both of the companies that they hired for me and I felt that the pricing was reasonable."

"I should say that first I got sucked into an estimate from a home improvement store--they hire young people to flag folks down and offer a free estimate for cabinet refacing. When two guys showed up, I knew I was in for a pitch and that they were out to make a hefty commission--they were not craftsmen, but salesmen with a limited set of offerings and a "big discount if you sign tonight". They wanted $15,000 just to RESURFACE my existing crappy cabinets with laminate and put in laminate countertops with a 4-inch backsplash. If I went with solid wood doors and drawers, and a Silastone-type countertop, then $23,000! A friend referred me to Mr. , who came over when he said he would and listened carefully to what I was dreaming of for my kitchen. He had some good ideas about how to make it happen, helped me patiently to make decisions and then set to measuring. His price--for completely new solid wood cabinetry and tile counters, plus a full tiled backsplash--was less than what the sales guys wanted just to resurface with laminate! So like I said, I started adding things--all three bathrooms and some extra cabinets. They make the cabinets in their shop and bring them over to install. I went shopping for tiles and decorative bits for the backsplash, plus door and drawer pulls. Mr. even met me that weekend at Lowe's to look at tiles with me and make wise decisions about what would match. He also helped me figure out tile accents that would tie my off-white cabinets in with the existing darker woodwork so that I did not need to replace or paint the trim and window woodwork. I chose different tiles for each bathroom, designed some accents and picked out new faucets. He took a paint sample I chose because it matched my off-white appliances and had lacquer mixed up a . It turned out perfect. Mr. and sons arrived a few days later, right on schedule, with a moving truck full of my new cabinets. They had the kitchen ripped out in a matter of hours. Cabinets started going in immediately. They were done with most of the installation in a day. Then I threw a monkey wrench in the works when I decided I wanted that step-down 14-inch snack bar tacked on to the tile countertops. We worked out a solution for hiding the braces and making the tile work fit so that no odd cuts were needed along the and they came back the next day ready to put that in too. The tile guy, , helped me pick out some new accent tiles to set that off nicely. He did a great job too, and incorporated my quirky suggestions into the kitchen and bath cabinets so that it all worked well. I am well pleased! Mr. used to be a general contractor, but now he and his sons specialize in cabinetry. They can figure out how to make adjustments as needed and they are VERY committed to satisfying the customer. don't resurface or overpay for your cabinetry when you can get it done cheaper and better by master craftsmen."

"I was a little annoyed with them. I think they had just too much work going on with the company and a shortage of labor available in the area. All the subs seemed disappointing. Some were very hard workers but there was communication problems with all the subs and who was supervising. In the end, the outcome was excellent. It is just something I don't want to do again. There was also trouble with the getting the wrong cabinets in because nothing was put in writing."

"Sales person, Ms , was pleasant to deal with and stayed in contact. The cabinets I was shown were not the cabinets I purchased and I was not advised of the fact as the cabinets shown had all wood matching and what I got was mixed wood pieces. If I knew I would have upgraded to the better cabinets I was shown. The Installers of the cabinets and counter tops did very good work, I was very pleased. I had some hardware problems with drawers binding and not rolling smooth and a fold out drawer in front of the sink did not open and close freely and had to be pushed close. One call to Ms and the serviceman was sent out to fix the problems. He did a fair job on the drawers, although some still have slight binding points yet. He did not solve the fold out drawer and tried to tell me it was normal. I sent him packing and they sent out his boss who fixed it about 95%, it still does not work smoothly. Overall I would not do business again because of the deal on the cabinets wood."

"The workers were friendly and courteous. The work they did was okay because I don't really have problems with them. They cleaned up well and I think they did a very nice job."
C
"They are slow in responding and scheduling a time to have the work done. They also made a mistake in cutting the sink hole in the countertop so we had to wait for a replacement. I was completely satisfied with the completed work."
