"I have never had such a positive experience in purchasing a major appliance. Every person with whom I had contact was competent, courteous and helpful. The price of the washer I purchased was no more than at other stores, and the service was simply outstanding. Because I purchased a front-loader, the positions of the washer and dryer in my laundry room needed to be reversed. The men who delivered and installed the washer did this, and the only extra charge was $10 for a new and longer dryer cord. They provided the exhaust tubing at no extra cost. They called twice to update me on approximately when they would arrive, were on time and were quite efficient. When I need another appliance, I will definitely purchase it at
