The office staff leaves something to be desired. There have been multiple problems with billing; some of which were never resolved. They expect me to pay bills which they failed to properly submit to the insurance company. I have been going to that office for 12 years and these problems have occured over those years; to be fair, many of the problems were years ago. "

Then a lecture on why changing thyroid dosages isn't good: I explained I had moved before my Maryland doctor and I could reach the right balance of my levels, but he had already moved on mentally to something or someone else, so my visit with him was at an end. I kept wondering if this guy was an imposter...where was the doctor everybody had raved about.....one thing was certain: he was AWOL when he "saw" me.
