"The job from start to finish was an excellent experience. We haven't had good luck with contractors in our area since we moved here in 2010. That said,
" @
and his crew gave me hope. We are not seniors, yet,
still took the time to come out and give me a quote.
arrived at the appointment right on time. He had a three ring notebook full of referrals, satisfied customers, permits...the works. He was professional and courteous. We had contacted other contractors regarding this project. Out of six contractors I contacted, one other gentleman came out to do an estimate. I waited one week - never heard back from him. When the three man crew arrived they were prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. The job was done on time with little to no effort on my part. We couldn't be happier! We have another bathroom that needs work. Not only will we be calling
in the spring/summer 2016, but I will be recommending his company to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

"First, the receptionist and in particular, the scheduling staff I dealt with (
) were professional, polite, and even more important, did what" they said they would do in setting up an appointment for a service call, fully and completely letting me know of the cost factors involved, as well as possible future options. The day of the appointment, I received a call from the service technician (
) who accurately advised as to his estimated time of arrival and actually showed at that time. During the service call,
was professional, knowledgeable, and definitely customer service oriented. He provided clear and concise explanations as to what he was doing/had done, what he had found, and explored successfully solutions to those problems.
, and Ms.
, are both outstanding representatives of
and credits to that corporation. I will definitely be using the services of this company for any future service, maintenance or replacement requirements I have in the future, and have no reservations in recommending
as a highly outstanding company to deal with.

Dear Angie: Where can I get professional advice about making our home accessible for the disabled? We need a ramp with a railing so someone can get from the street to our front door. — Sidney L., Silver Spring, Maryland

arrived on time, worked steadily and neatly. He was courteous and priced fairly. He called the next day to make sure all was well.

The contractor was on time everyday to work on the job. Nothing was rushed however and much consideration was given to all the little details that came up as the job progressed. Much thought and care was given to where the bathroom fixtures were placed so they would be most efficiently accessible to my son. The height and placement of the sink and toilet were worked out directly with my son as were the placement of all the shower fixtures. The electrical placement of lights, fan and switches were also carefully located considering my son's limitations being in a wheelchair. When any difficulties did arise which commonly occur during the construction phase of any job we were called in and provided with well thought out options on how best to proceed. The job did take a little longer than expected but there again the constructor did not want to rush anything along or sacrifice the end product in any way. It has been several months now since the job was completed and we our all happy with how the job turned out. My son has found his new bathroom very handy for all his needs. Also the entire living space which includes the adjacent bedroom has has become a beautiful and efficient living space for our son.

was very professional, honest, and friendly. He offered prompt service and fast installation at a very good price. Moreover, he was the lowest of four quotes. No pressure on sale. Also, he offered a free warrenty on labor for replacement of battery. I would highly recommend his service.

explained each step of the process as he went progressed. This was not a

In January, 2015, my husband began to have difficulty climbing into the bathtub. We decided to convert the tub to a walk-in shower. I sought estimates from 4 contractors and was ready to engage one when I found
Providence Handicap Equipment Stores Provider Name Locked
& Kitchen Remodeling. Adem came and assessed our needs and shared pictures of work they had completed. The bathrooms were designed around the needs of handicap people who wish to remain independent. The bathrooms were not only functional they were also beautiful. The grab bars are functional and gorgeous.By the time we decided on the work, my husband had to have back surgery in February. Adem had his team to begin work while my husband was in rehab. Adem had his team

by Calicio to begin the next week. Calicio and his team were polite, professional, meticulous and extremely clean. Each evening they cleaned and vacuumed the areas affected. Once the bathroom was gutted, they found problems with the pipes. Since this required an increase in the estimated cost, Adem agreed to split the additional cost with us. Unfortunately,as we began to enjoy our beautiful bathroom and shower we began to see water damage to the living room ceiling. Fortunately, Adem came immediately. Adem arranged for Calicio and his team to return the next day. They found the leak by going through the living room ceiling. They found the leak, repaired it and put in a new living room ceiling at no charge to us.Yes, I will most definitely use Globe again without reservation.

Not only were they creative and outstanding at the time of the remodel, they have been responsive and fixed a problem that arose 2 years later--all within a week of the request...and the job was excellent! Highly recommended.

Providence Handicap Equipment Stores Provider Name Locked
, co-owner of

, met with us to evaluate the layout of our staircase and presented information on various models of stair lifts. We were immediately drawn to his attention to detail, customer focus, and chipper attitude. He listened to our needs without trying to rush the appointment or push us into making any rash decisions. His account manager followed up with equal enthusiasm and both individuals were involved in active communication via phone and email. I liked the fact that all his team members always seem to be in sync, so no matter whom I spoke to had a clear understanding of our project and specific requirements/needs. We were also thrilled that they have some stair lifts set up in their warehouse allowing us the opportunity for a "test ride" before finalizing decisions. Actual Installation only took 2 -3 hours and the technicians made certain we were comfortable with basic operation of lift and had questions/concerns answered before leaving.
