"They scraped the entire 4000 square foot house (two stories) primed and painted it with great attention to detail. Removed all the deteriorating coating on foundation (50'x26') and recoated with proper material. Awesome Job. Great price. **UPDATE** One year later it still looks good. I found a relatively small, out of the way area that had been primed but not painted. I called Joy (Yovanni) and he and his crew came and painted it free without any questions within a few weeks. Great service, honest guy."

"Work took 5 months. It started in November and ended in April (mostly due to rainy/cold weather). Poor workmanship was not checked. Problems included unpainted molding installation, roof leak, poorly flashed chimney, poorly flashed misc areas, roof vent and soffit were wavy/not straight, hundreds of nails around house foundation, difficult communication, general sloppy appearance. To Cliff's credit, I provided photos to Cliff and the foreman on the job was fired. Cliff brought another crew in and repaired much of the problematic work for free. Despite his agreement to perform the work--the last of the work has never been completed (tenants stained ceiling, tenants unpainted trim.) "

"Yikes! I first called this outfit to have some know-and-tube wiring removed from my basement. They responded quickly, looked at the job, and promised a quote "right away." That's when things fell apart. After nearly two weeks with no response, I tried e-mailing them. E-mail was dead. So I called, getting someone on a cell phone who said he would call the office to see what was up. Two or three days later, I got a rap on the front door. Brother of the owner appeared with a hignly-unlikely excuse for the delay and promising a quote, hand delivered, by that evening. Two days later, the quote appeared. Not only was the quote twice as much as I ended up paying for he job, the lettter was hardly in English. This outfit needs to be looked at very seriously. Their professionalism is in the toilet. It could well be that they do the highly unethical practicer of overbidding on the jobs that they do not want, but where does that leave us? weere I you, I would take a pass on this outfit."

"Well, I first got a quote from another contractor. What a mistake!! That clown took three weeks to generate an estimate, and in the end that estimate was twice what

quoted. Needless to say, I took the latter. After one rescheduling, the work got done, one hour less than estimated: neat, clean, perfect! Are these guys good? You bet! Neat, clean, and professional. What more could you want? Highly recommended."

with a project gone wrong. He showed up extremely promptly and not only fixed my wrong doings but was more than willing to help me finish the project. Very personable, professional, and informative. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend

"They were very prompt, showing up the same day I called. However, they arrived earlier than they had told me they would get there, and only my housekeeper was home. Although her English is great, and she told them what the problems were, they waited half an hour for me to arrive before starting work. One of the problems I had called them for, a non-functioning light in my vent hood, they couldn't even look at because it was part of an appliance, which they aren't allowed to do. They then proceeded to give me an estimate of the cost of the work, and when I had approved it, they went to work. The work was done well and in a timely manner. They cleaned up fairly well, and were very nice and professional, but I felt that the price was outrageous, and that it was ridiculous that they couldn't even look at the broken light in my vent hood. If it had been a smaller company, I'm sure they would have fixed it if they had the parts."

. Two guys showed up at around 7:30 on the day that they were scheduled and worked until 5 PM. There was some difficulty with the work due to some concrete having been poured in between the floor and the foundation that made it difficult to snake some of the lines through but they were able to get the majority of the work done. There was one outlet that they could not finish that first day but Nick called me the next day to schedule a final appointment and within 48 hours of the initial work being started the entire project was complete."
