Providence Drain Plumbers Reviews
"I recently purchased my first home, a three unit apartment in Settling and uneven floors, doors and ceilings made each project unique and detail intensive. Rich and his crew put a great looking kitchen together seamlessly. The countertops were painstakingly leveled and custom made and installed in my pantry. The overall quality was excellent. Rich and his team also installed laminate flooring in my living room and, again, focused on the details. Seamless and well matched mouldings ring the room and speak to the crew's professionalism. Just as important as quality work is a quality relationship. Recently, a water leak rained down from an old pipe on the second floor. Rich gave me the advice I needed to fix the problem (for $20!, thank god) instead of Rotor Rooters $1,000 estimate. As a new homeowner I was afraid of getting fleeced by one of hundreds of contractors. Rich offered options, advice, and helped my find a plan that was right for my home and my budget. Not only is Rich easy to work with, his crew is respectful and professional, specifically Bill, the cabinet and counter maestro. Before finalizing a deal with someone, speak with Rich and see what he and "
"I would definitely use this company again. I don't, however, like the $49 mandatory service charge added to the bill when we actually had the work done. I can see if you decline the work and the plumber had to make a service call for naught. I talked to the personnel in the main office and they dismissed the charge. I do feel this company is professional and the workers are courteous and knowledgeable."
"The plumber unclogged the drain at an incredible price - not only to my wallet, but to my pipes as well. I went to run the water in my tub after he left, only to realize that water was now leaking onto the floor! When I called to have him come back out, he told me it was because my pipes had corroded from the drain cleaner I tried to use. I felt foolish, and he patched the leak with duck tape. The next day, my family plumber (who was unavailable to do the job when I needed him) came by, he told me that there was nothing wrong with the pipes and the technician from Roto was lazy and I had been duped out of money. I am furious..."
"He came the day I called and gave me an estimate. The man was very professional and I was really impressed with him. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He was very neat and tidy. It didn't take him very long and what he did is guaranteed for 6 months."
"They are really good about coming right away when you call them. I have used them many times before, so I knew that they would do a good job. I thought that the price was very reasonable too."
"I had to call this company back to reclean the drain. I had a 90 day guarantee so I didnt have to pay the second time. The price was very high. I would only have them again if I had to."
"It was good. When the kitchen sink don't drain, the wife's not happy. The guys came out right away and got the whole job done without making too much of a mess. The mess they did make was cleaned up. That also made the wife happy."
