"We got three estimates for the job, but we liked Mo because he was so
thorough in his explanation of what he did and seemed so motivated to do
a good job. He is clearly trying to build a successful company. He
also gave us a good idea on how to ventilate a side window in the living
room. His estimate also came out the lowest which was a plus. His
office assistant called us several times to confirm when they would be
working. The only glitch was that one of the living room windows was made incorrectly by Milgard. The window was remade and installed about a week later.
The installers were on time, very professional and did an
amazing job. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
The windows look great and we are highly satisfied. We would
definitely use Mo again and would recommend his company to anyone."

Portland Window Installers Reviews

"I called Sundance because of the great reviews from Angie's List. They looked like a company I wanted to work with, and based on the pictures of their work, I thought they did great work. I set up a time for to come out and take a look at the house. We were off to a great start, because he was willing to come by the house within a couple days.
clearly has had lots of experience working on houses like mine. Built in 1912 and needed many updates. As we were discussing what needed to be done, he had great suggestions based on his experience which is exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me tips on how to save money on some of the remodel.
The problem arose when said he would send over the estimate in a couple days. I didn't hear from him for four days, so I decided to call. I left him a voicemail indicating the estimate must not have come through when he tried to send it (giving him the benefit of the doubt), and to resend it and give me a call (I left him both contacts again). Three more days went by with no estimate and no phonecall. So I sent him another message through Anglie's List. Still no call or estimate. I'm not sure what happened to ...if the job is one he decided he didn't want to work on, or if I am someone he would rather not work with. Either way would have been fine, I just expect more out of a professional. When someone hires me to do something, I always follow up and have clear lines of communication through the process, and because of that I hope for the same from others.
By now, if not himself, someone from Sundance should have been in touch. "

"Honestly, all 52 window have never looked better. Now they actually sparkle from the street. He worked hard to get all the glass panes to look good. I highly recommend and would definitely use him again. Turns out has been a professionally-trained chef and he also gave my 14 year old daughter some cooking tips for the mushrooms she was preparing for dinner while he was here. The mushrooms turned out great by the way! Keep up the good work. "

"He was very good with installing vintage windows. He was very professional. He was very helpful and took care of a lot of stuff. He was excellent. The price was fair."

"I left a message on ' voice mail and he called back within the hour. It turned out that he did not do the service I needed, but he was so personable and nice on the phone. He referred me to someone who could do the work and gave me information about window guarantees, etc. I asked about the things he does do, and will be keeping his name and number handy. Thanks ! (BTW - it turns out the actual glass company has gone out of business and the panes were, indeed, installed in January of 1982! was great, but will have to wait until budget permits)."

"They worked on high pressure. Windows were really big and were high up off the ground. It was a very difficult job and they did a really good job. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future too."

"I hired them to reinstall my old storm windows which had been taken down a few years ago when the house was painted. A couple of the windows needed repair, and recommended a nearby company for the repairs. He even picked them up when I mentioned in passing that I don't have a car! The day of the install, the crew cleaned all the windows, as well as both sides of the storm windows, and rehung them. They're so clean I don't even notice the extra glass--and my heating bill has gone down :)."

"Everyone was very easy to work with. I got an initial estimate based on my own rough measurements. Then when I decided to have do the installation they came out and got exact measurements. At the time of installation a few weeks later two of the storm windows were not the correct size, so they re-made them and had them installed within a few weeks at no extra cost. My house was quieter and warmer right away and my windows no longer rattle during heavy winds. I am really happy with the performance of the windows and have found the screens easy to adjust. I choose the bronze colored aluminum and they match the dark brown trim on my house very well. "

It has been great to deal with him. He is very helpful and he stays true to the price that he quotes. He is a good guy. If you leave him a message he gets right back to you and he is easy to get in touch with, so any questions are answered very quickly.
