"I scheduled an appointment online on Saturday. I received a call on Monday to setup an appointment for the following Saturday. The designer showed up nearly a 1/2 hour late, but she called before the scheduled time to say she was running late. We spent nearly 4 hours going over the options. I made my selection, and paid for the shades using my credit card. The blinds should arrive in about 4 weeks. The installer will call to schedule a time for the installation."

"I stopped into the showroom on a Saturday. The designer, 
, was not available so I left my name and phone number so I could arrange an in-home appointment. I was told that a Saturday appointment would take "several weeks" to arrange, so I opted for a late afternoon appointment. Because I work ridiculous hours, it was NOT easy to get off at 4:00PM to run home for the appointment on a Thursday afternoon. showed up promptly as scheduled and measured the windows and left. I was surprised and disappointed that she didn't bring any samples. I was planning to choose some blinds and pay for them on the spot. left saying that she had to do some research to see which blinds could be made large enough to fit the very large front windows of my house. She said to expect a quote via email on Monday (4 days later). I thought that was odd, given that we hadn't looked at any options. Over 10 days later I got an email, saying that her notes weren't very clear and asking when we could get together again. Apparently my time is not valued. I purchased blinds from another source."

"There were no window coverings on any of the bedroom windows in our new home, not so great for privacy, or for helping to encourage the kids to sleep in, so we contacted at . Within the same week, her blind installer came to measure our windows (a huge perk, he measured the sizes of all of the windows in our home so that we could order additional blinds in the future and avoid another measuring service fee). I was looking for "white" blinds. The number of choices was huge, so loaned me the of options to choose from so that I was able to see what each looked like against my painted window trim and in the natural light that came through each window. Our blinds were ordered, delivered and installed within two weeks."

"We visited the showroom to look at the Hunter selection and different styles and features. came out to the house to measure and suggest colors. Out of the four estimators that I met with, had the best eye for color. Although wasn't the cheapest, they provided excellent service. The cost difference wasn't as great as I expected between , online sites and big box stores, and payment terms and the installation experience of was superior. After spending weeks deciding between different shades of white, we ordered the shades. provided temporary shades although we waited for the window treatments to move in, so we didn't need them. We love these shades! I am lowering and raising them constantly, to conserve energy and to maximize light while protecting floors and upholstery from fading."

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment at my soonest convenience. was very pleasant and professional, discussed my options and helped me choose the blinds that would best fit my needs. However, I did not choose to buy from because their estimate was significantly higher than the other estimates I received for comparable products. If my budget weren't a factor, I would have chosen them."

"I had bought a renovated old house with absolutely no window coverings. came to my home about a week after I called and spent at least two hours measuring windows and showing me samples. She was very patient and extremely helpful in making choices between products and colors. I had never had to undertake a project like this and I felt I was in great hands. Her advice turned out to be spot on. That's important when you're spending a substantial amount of money on something that makes such a difference to the appearance of your house. never tried to push me, but assisted me, and I really appreciate that. The blinds and curtain arrived in about nine weeks. I did have to call after the expected delivery date to find out they were ready. But the installer came quickly at my convenience, on a Saturday. If you can believe it, he installed everything in less than an hour. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me choices concerning installation that made a difference in the appearance of the finished product. Again, his advice proved to be excellent. Everything was installed and operates perfectly. The blinds have not only proved to provide good insulation from sun and cold, but they also make the house noticeably quieter, which I didn't expect. Both the sales rep and installer arrived right on time."

"By the time I visited , I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. However, I thought the staff at their office location was very helpful and gave me additional information about the products that I had not received before. I was very pleased with the design consultant that came to my home. He took all the measurements and we discussed various options. Since this was my 3rd estimate, I had a pretty good idea of color/style so I can't evaluate how the process would be if I was starting from scratch but overall it was a good experience. Their price was a bit higher than a competitor's estimate but I wanted to go with them since I was more pleased with their service. I asked them if they would match the lower price. They did match the competitor's estimate and still provided me with the free upgrade they offered on the blinds. So overall I felt as though I received excellent value for my money. The installation went very well and within the 3 week time frame they estimated when I ordered the blinds. We are so pleased with the blinds that we are considering getting the blinds for the rest of the house and I will definitely be going back to ."
