Their quote was higher than others but they met the price of the competitor and I was also able to use the Angie's List coupon so I was pretty happy with the price.  One ...more of the partners arrived.  He was very professional and respectful.  He drained and removed the old water heater, and installed the new one.  He installed earthquake straps and was diligent in doing meticulous work.  He took time to explain what he'd done and how it worked.  He taped the installation date, company label and warranty to the tank.  I was impressed by the time he took and his attention to detail.  I would certainly call them again for any plumbing needs."
