"They were punctual and started with the roof and  gutters and then power washed the patio.  The fellow who came out did all of the work that was contracted.  He got the roof cleaned off and put zinc sulfate on it to prevent future growth of moss and cleaned out the gutters.  After having a tough time starting the pressure washer, ...more he then cleaned the back patio.  While I was happy that the work was done and the results seem to be what we asked for, I felt compelled to write this and give less than an A because of the amount of time that I have spent cleaning up after the job was done. There was debris from the gutters left on our front porch and driveway which I swept up and all of our patio furniture which we moved out of the way for the powerwashing is dirty with overspray.  The back gutters were washed out but now we have streaks on our white fascia boards of gutter debris.  He initially was spraying the powerwasher towards the house and I had to go out and ask him to turn in the other direction because we had our windows cleaned about a month ago. Job was done but the condition of the property afterward was not left clean.  I felt the quality and professionalism suffered because of this. "
