came by in the afternoon, looked at the job, drained the tub and started working. Because of the difficulty in getting to the jets because of the foam lining on the underside of the tub it took a while and
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
had to leave and come back the next morning. He arrived early, finished up, and filled the spa to check the work. I also ordered a new custom made lid that
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
recommended, and new lid lifter, as my old lid was water logged, very heavy and it bent my old lifter. When the lid was finished
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
delivered and installed it along with the lifter.

is a real professional! He literally wrote the book that we used to build our pond about 10 years ago. However the pond had become difficult to maintain and always looked dirty. We found
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
quite by accident at the Yard and garden home show last spring. We hired him to clean our pond, reinstall a drain system to keep it clean and to rebuild our messy looking waterfall. He and his brother worked hard and the drain they installed has kept the pond sparkling for the last 4 months, right through the hot summer. The waterfall is gorgeous and looks very natural.
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
came right out when we had discovered a leak in the waterfall and immediately fixed it. As I said, he is a real professional. I highly recommend him to help you with your back yard pond.

"They were prompt, considerate and careful. They did drop the spa on an old terracotta pot but other than that there wasn?t any damage - it was no big deal. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future if necessary."

"The pool had a huge issue and he missed this. He overlooked something which he should not have with his expertise. I ended up buying the home and had another pool inspector come in to fence the area and I was informed of the issue."

"Previously had another company tell us that the electrical panel was broken, would take 4-6 weeks to order it, and cost $500+ for materials and labor. The

technician arrived and within 14 minutes had diagnosed a "blown gasket" of some sort and said that he had one in his truck and that they cost $55. Within 45 minutes the hot tub was fixed for materials and labor under $175. We were enjoying the hot tub again that evening. What a relief!"

Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
is a delightful person. He came to my home to take the measurements because he guarantees that the cover will fit if he takes the measurements himself. He took the measurements on December 28 and delivered the cover on

8 (11 days later). Delivery is free if you pay in full and in advance. He brought several color samples of Marine grade material to choose from. I can't remember the term for the material, but it looks and feels like the material of the cover that came with our tub and held up for 12 years. The new cover is beautiful! It's well made and has 4 locking straps and an extra velcro strip over the center seam that he said would hold a pool cover remover. We don't use that, but I can see the extra strip will prevent water and dirt from pooling and caking in the seam like it did with our old cover. "

"They are wonderful. I will be using them for any hot tub repairs. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. The owner explained all the pricing to me over the phone, in advance. The technician investigated all the possibilities that could be wrong. He tested his work to make sure he repaired it correctly before leaving. I had called them for a 2nd opinion, they responded quickly. "

"The result of the work was fine - spa is now working. I am slightly worried that it took as long as it did for the work (~4 hours labor). My Spa was built into a deck with limited access; although, I provided access to the side panels prior to the visit. Clearly, it was more difficult than your average motor replacement job (which I was told typically takes ~30 minutes per motor), but I'm surprised it was 4x the time. Throughout the job, I was concerned that
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
(?) would not be able to get the motor out, but with encouragement and some advice and help, he was successful. Note: one pump was just a seal leak, but
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was unable to get the impeller off and said it would be over $200 to get it repaired, so I decided to just replace it...while the other had a failed low speed (jet1, used for filter cycles/circulation) and clearly needed replacement. Both pumps were taken. Pump price was $480/each, which seems very very high in retrospect and compared to what is offered online. In general, I was happy with the service, but thought the prices were very high at $1400 for this job. The labor times were rounded a bit for the work, but I discussed this with Classic and it was adjusted according to the arrival/departure times recorded on my security cameras... I also ordered replacement pillows (4) from the company for $150. I instructed them to drop-ship them and instead the product was shipped to the store first, which didn't allow me to verify that they were brand new and delayed the order. Parts pricing was also high compared to other retailers I spoke to. I'm a bit uncomfortable ordering parts from them and am considering future orders (need a jet kit, remote monitor, ...) through other dealers, but really wanted to support the local company - they are nice enough to work with.

"This vendor used for weekly swimming pool service was unreliable and not thorough. Often would not show up on any given week. Did not take care of all of the pool's cleaning requirements. Didn't notice the pump was not pumping properly. Left gate and switch box open frequently. Threw thermometer out along with leaf matter. Continued charging for service after canceling."

"I recently bought a house that had a spa that was not working. I called
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
and he came out the next day to take a look at it. He quickly identified that the heating element had corroded and was shorting out the electrical system. Apparently, he sees this often and pulled out the heating element (which required some labor to saw off rusted bolts) and replaced it. In and out in less than an hour.
Portland Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
is easy to talk to, explains things well, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
