to replace a kitchen sink disposer that had burnt out
and was leaking into the cabinet below. The receptionist was friendly
and clear about the pricing structure, explaining the company's
warrantee on parts and labor. Their price quote on labor was less than half of
what I had been quoted by another company earlier in the week. She was
open to working around my schedule and even offered me a same day
appointment, which I took her up on. The serviceman arrived on time and
immediately got to work, fixing the problem in an hour. He was happy
to answer any questions I had and I learned a bit more about 's
company philosophy of keeping business local and developing long term
customers. Will recommend to neighbors and friends for sure."

They were very clean and I could see that they took pride in the quality of their work. was there every single day -- and was readibly available by phone whenever I needed him including weekends, early sunday mornings -- whatever and whenever. Every question or any tiny concern was dealt with promptly and much to my satisfaction. It was a ton of work and was accomplished in very quick and efficient manner. I couldnt be more pleased!!!"

" was a little slow to give us a bid (we later learned this was because he is very busy doing real work) but his bid was detailed and fair. When we made it onto his radar he was very prompt. He gave us a "not-to-exceed" price and he stuck to it without ever hurrying us when we asked for advice or made small adjustments. He takes good care of his well-trained journeymen and apprentice plumbers, even during a strike. We hope he stays in business for another 20 years because it might take us that long to finish our pay-as-you-go home improvement plan!"

"The experience was excellent. They were able to schedule a plumber to come out on the upcoming Saturday after I called. He showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and completed the assessment and replacement in less than an hour total. He also offered some helpful advice about what not to put in a disposal, to prevent future drain problems. These guys are my new "go-to" plumbers."

"I heard water pouring in to my basement when I was washing clothes and my basement was flooded. I turned off my washing machine and called Mr. Augur. was on time and reasonably priced. He was able to fix the problem quickly and also pointed out some dangers that were in my basement, which I wasn’t aware of."

"The job was quick, efficient, and finished on time. The qualified professional came in and replaced the entire faucet.
It sometimes gets loose on the pull out hose part, which makes me believe that maybe the faucet is not of top quality since it started doing that a few months after being replaces, but my warranty no longer covers it. All in all they did a pretty good job.

I was very happy with him. He had to do some drilling and replaced some parts. He worked for at least six hours. He fixed something that could have turned into a disaster."

" is the best. He's very professional and thorough and takes the time to explain what the issue is and how to avoid/fix it in the future. I've battled a recurring clogged bathtub drain for a couple of years now and have tried everything from using a liquid pipe cleaner (on a weekly basis) to snaking the drain myself, all to no avail. I finally called Pro-Drain and requested , and after explaining my issue, he took the time to thoroughly snake the drain and found what seemed to be the culprit (a plastic razor shield). I highly recommend to anyone."

I chose to work with and his company because their quote was in the middle of other quotes I received for this job and he seemed to convey the knowledge and confidence that this job would need. I found that my choice was not ill founded. He did an excellent job. The workers he brought in were professional and the project was completed on time. He was great to work with and wonderful with follow up. We did have one small issue after the job was completed but he came right out and fixed it for us.
