"Great work and effective training. It has been very effective with my dog and a huge benefit to keeping her within boundaries without a fence. I had one issue with" her response to the fence and
was very responsive to come back to the property and help me with my concerns. He made a slight adjustment on settings to help with my dog's response. I have not had any issues since. Great system, service and support. I would highly recommend to others and would use again.

"The company was great. The fence was very easy to install ourselves. They did a great job of training our dog. Their service is guaranteed.

Animal Fencing

Part of keeping your pet safe is making sure it doesn't accidentally run out of your yard into the street, or run through the neighbor's garden when they see a new friend. There are several effective types of animal fencing available which can make sure your furry companion doesn't put themselves at risk.

Hidden fencing costs less than traditional fencing, but some dog owners question the level of pain it inflicts.

Hidden fences work in most cases, but they can be overcome by even a trained animal whose desire to cross the border is stronger than its fear of the small electric charge that will alert it to stop.

Dog Fencing reviews in Portland

I just adopted a yellow lab with a lot of behavior problems. He has separation anxiety and anytime I would leave, he would figure out a way to get out of the yard. After receiving calls that he was out, I decided to get help. I called and set up an appointment for the same day. The salesman came out, the new dog jumped on him, got him dirty and he was very gracious. Decided to install the fence and the technician came at the appointed time. Received training and then decided I wanted a unit for the inside as well (the dog can open the refrigerator door). Received additional training and the inside unit and love it. I can keep the rotten dog at home - and yes, I love him to pieces.

The on-site rep was very helpful, came out ahead of time and then completed the work very quickly. They have two training sessions, a great warranty and guarantees. They are really a first-class organization.

Multiple windstorms hit the greater Portland area during the last week of January. I was one of many who lost fencing. I was originally given a construction date of February 20--reasonable, considering the circumstances--further advising that the time might be moved up by as much as week, considering how small the job was. I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from

on February 1, saying they could complete my repair on Friday, February 3. Two men came to do the job. They were friendly and professional. The gentleman who appeared to be the lead, explained a couple of problems they ran into of which I was not aware when I placed my work order. They got the job done quickly, and the quality of the work looks top notch. I would not hesitate to hire

again... and recommend it to anyone I know who needs this kind of work done.

This company was very responsive and punctual with their estimates and planning. They requested half of the full cost up front and completed the job on budget. The structure they built is very sturdy.
On the day of the estimate we had discussed using a lightweight wire fencing as the "walls" of the enclosure, much like a smaller gauge square mesh wire fencing used for chicken pens. I even sent example photos to them to show what we wanted. However, on the day of the job the crew showed up with a much heavier wire fencing roll like what is used for horse fencing. This wire fencing was much thicker and difficult for them to bend, cut and work with to wrap. The wire was so thick that they had to actually hammer the mesh into the support beams to get it to

flat and stay in place. They got the job done, but this style of fencing doesn't look as nice as the originally proposed lighter product. It's total overkill for our 8 to 12 lb house cats a looks like it was built for something much larger like a primate cage.
The work crew was very nice and hard working and they were just following the instructions they were given, but the end result does not have the high quality appearance of the work displayed on their website. It is a sturdy, but rough, and cage-like structure. We will have to do a fair amount of finish work to get this to look nice, but will have to work with what we have now. Unfortunately, the way the horse fencing was attached makes it pretty much impossible to remove and replace, so we will have to work with what we have now.
We we so excited about this project and our pictured outcome, that it was hard to come to terms of the disappointment at the end result. However, it is functional and the cats love their new outdoor space and spend most of the spring and summer out there lounging in the sun and watching birds. Which is the most important part.

I couldn't be happier. They did an excellent job at a lower price that the other bid I received.

was able to come up with a design that worked better that what anyone else had come up with. When the fencing was delayed he even came out on a Saturday to put in the dog door. They installed the chain link product as soon as it was available and customized part of it. It's sturdy, works well and they were neat and orderly. It's especially nice to see the owner on the job rather than delegating it to others.
