I thought he was going to give me a shot of cortisol, however, he told me he couldn't give me the shot since I was overweight. He told me he didn't know where to put the needle to give the shot because of my weight. I ended up using a walker for 5 months because of that. He was not helpful. I had to walk a long way to get into the office.

I tore my medial meniscus (cartilage), left knee, in late November, 2009. At first I wasn't sure of how severe this injury was. After I realized I needed help, I found Dr
Portland Knee Replacement Surgeons Provider Name Locked
via Angie's list, and went into his office. He was able to see me THAT DAY. He made the diagnosis, and after further evaluation, I had him schedule the surgery - which was shortly thereafter, on 12/11/09. I had the operation in the surgery center located within the same building as the doctor's office. I was treated very well by everyone. The result was excellent, and following the recommended post op physical therapy (PT), my knee has totally normal function, with no discomfort. I would recommend Dr.

and the associated surgery center to anyone needing knee evaluation or a knee operation.

He is awesome, from the moment I met him he has always been great. I was at ease when I went into the surgery, because of his service. I also had a negative reaction to the anesthetics and he was great in caring for me during this time. He has been great at check-up visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic knee treatment.
