He is extremely enthusiastic about his work, and he gave us numerous pointers for our yard and garden even on his initial free consultation. The delays were justified by the bad weather we experienced in May and June, and he very thoughtfully gave us a 5% discount from his original quote even though the delays were not his fault. The work was done quickly and professionally, and

answered all of our questions. The yard looks very nice and we are satisfied with the product. The only hiccup was that

did not communicate as to when the job would be finished, and on the last day when he asked for the final payment we were not prepared because we did not know it was the last day (it was a Sunday). We offered to mail him the final payment check, to give us time to get the funds into our account, but he was not flexible and insisted on payment right away, which required us to borrow the funds temporarily from a family member. I understand about wanting to close out jobs and pay workers, but we were only asking for one or two days and some flexibility would have been appreciated. Or, better communication in advance as to when the project was to be finished would have better enabled us to be ready with payment on the last day."

Arrived within the first hour, one person does the aeration while another does the fertilizing. Used blower to clean up around the edges. Fast, professional and performed exactly as expected. "
