"This garage roof replacement project was the result of snow load damage during an extended cold period in December 2008. It became a very challenging project because of more strict county structural codes and because of the changed and unexpected soil and foundation conditions discovered after work had begun. As a result, additional engineering and county inspections were required causing additional delay on top of the wettest winter weather in 15 years. In all respects,
