"Not well. Gave me rental equipment that was old, outdated and didn't function well. Wasn't truthful about other newer equipment available until I came" back and told them it wasn't working. They didn't want to go across street to get new equipment from warehouse. Left several messages to billing department but they never called back to answer my question. Charged almost twice as much for a piece of equipment as my doctor's office charges. Project cost above is how much is billed to Medicare each month, I pay about $20 per month.

"Although this company is not a service per say, their customer service is fantastic and they have very good prices for a full line of mobility products to accommodate" anyone. They were polite and courteous when I called to ask about a particular product. I had called a number of companies about the same item, and they beat the high price by over $150. They bent over backwards to satisfy my 88-year old mother who needed a light-weight, portable wheelchair. The owner and staff are knowledgeable about their products, and because of the nature of their business, they make house calls.

Handicap equipment

Handicap equipment can help increase independence for disabled or elderly people, improving their mobility, safety and quality of life. You can find this equipment and support for its use from home health care stores, as well as disability organizations.

Dear Angie: Where can I get professional advice about making our home accessible for the disabled? We need a ramp with a railing so someone can get from the street to our front door. — Sidney L., Silver Spring, Maryland

We found him because he has taken a class and is certified for
Portland Handicap Equipment Stores Provider Name Locked
and working with the older population. He has been incredibly patience and very open and up front about the cost. My mother has called him daily and he has been fine, he has been super conscientious and follows up every time he has a subcontractor to make sure they are doing a good job. He returns phone calls and even offered to come to the house and talk to my mother personally because she was upset about how long the project is taking, because she wants to be in her own home already. I would even recommend him to build a whole house.

My overall experience with

was ok, they took way too long to call me back and it took them a long time to finally service the equipment.
