We went to this shop on a friend's recommendation and spoke with the owner,

about our theme colors, the number of arrangements, and our budget for wedding flowers. We were having a small courthouse wedding with the reception at a different location. She was very helpful when it came to deciding where to put flowers, what size container, what shape of arrangement (tall, wide, flowing, etc). What was most amazing is the variety of flowers in our color that she could get. We made a list of acceptable types for indoor and outdoor locations and let her do her thing.

met us at the courthouse with boutineers and corsages for the wedding party. They were very fresh and had just enough contrast to show up nicely in photographs. When she brought the flowers to the reception we were awestruck. These were the most artistic, colorful, fresh and full arrangements I have ever seen. She had so many types of flowers that perfectly complemented each other; some exotic, including beautiful orchids, and many locally sourced native plants that created a unique and distinct look as well as a light, pleasant fragrance, both of which had our guests raving.

also brought some live, potted perennial flowers for the outdoor areas which we will later plant in our yard for a lasting memory (as well as encouraging the local bee population). Most of the cut flowers lasted well over a week.
We were very happy with everything and will use

for future events.

Street, Suite AThis was a PROFOUND DISASTER!!!!
I simply wanted to send Christmas baskets to our most valued clients and assumed that this would be a relatively easy task to handle. When I first spoke with the owner on the phone I inquired if I could mail some handmade cards to be delivered with three of the seven gifts I had ordered. I was assured this would be no problem. I called on a Friday to check if she had received them, she confirmed she had and that the baskets would be delivered the following day. She also stated that some of the product had not come in and if you she could make a few substitutions. As this was her profession and she insisted these minor changes were in fact an upgrade, I agreed.
However, we spoke again the following Monday when she told me that a driver had been experiencing transmission issues that Saturday and her alternate driver was unfamiliar with ALL of the neighborhoods. It was still well before Christmas so I did not take issue. Days went by without delivery. I called again to inquire as to the delay and more and more excuses followed. Finally the orders were delivered with the unfortunate mistake of the cards being sent to the wrong addressees. Had I realized this would be such a difficult request I simply would have mailed them.
AGAIN, I spoke with the owner. She ASSURED me that she would PERSONALLY take care of the problem, to which I accepted. She said she would throw in some extras for the inconvenience to which I agreed, but reminded her not to send chocolates as the clients were diabetic. Although two of the three cards did met their appropriate destinations shortly thereafter, one was still missing. I was not informed that it had not yet arrived until January 6, almost two full weeks after Christmas. I call AGAIN to which her answer entailed blame on the delivery driver (not PERSONALLY handled as promised), her trip to a doctor, martyrdom of working late, and her pride that our clients had at least enjoyed the chocolates.
In addition, every time we spoke she promised to call me back. Not once did she ever contact me.
Also, when I saw the basket in person it was much smaller than promised and certainly not worth the $35 and ESPECIALLY not worth the $10 delivery fee.
And finally, I have no way to determine whether the more expensive baskets I ordered online were ever delivered (despite having confirmation numbers that there is no way of checking) save her word, which basically means nothing judging from this experience. I find it odd that not one of the three has commented or thanked our firm, as that is out of character for all, and we are unable to inquire directly as it is unprofessional.
Her guarantee states that if I am not fully satisfied her company will provide a replacement or refund. After all the turmoil and headache. I still requested only a partial refund along with invoices and proof of delivery. This request was sent both by email and via USPS. It has been well over a month since my last letter to which I have seen no credit on my credit card statement nor received any invoices, proof of delivery, or even an apology.
This is, BY FAR, the worst experience I have EVER had with a company in my life. Save yourselves.

werMy husband's small office group wanted an unusual floral arrangement for a male colleague recuperating in the hospital. This was the first time I had to order flowers in Portland. I used Angie's List and found

Floral. The woman who answered the phone worked with me (using their website) to insure they had the arrangement we desired. She was very friendly and professional. She let us know that the main flower in the arrangement was hard to come by and might not be available for two days. The recipient was very pleased as were my husband's colleagues. They felt their money was well-spent.

fabulous; beautiful, creative, unique arrangements; you provide a target price and they create something beautiful. I have used them many times for congratulations, new baby, new office, new business and other occasions; expensive but worth it; many seasonal choices in cut flowers and potted plants.

I have used

Florist exclusively for the past several years so I didn't hesitate to contact them when I needed an arrangement for my sister-in-law's memorial service. I called them and asked for something unique but not too exotic. The arrangement they delivered was absolutely beautiful.

I ordered flowers for a co-worker in the hospital. I chose an arrangement from their web-site. I found the selection to be quite original. The delivery was just like the one depicted on the web-site. The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement.

I wasn't sure what flowers were in season or what would look best so I left it up to Mardee and her staff to decide. What I received was beyond anything I could have imagined! The flowers were exquisite, truly a work of art. They were perfect for my table and so fresh, I enjoyed them for another week. I've also ordered flowers for a friend's birthday out of town and my friend could not stop raving about the beautiful presentation and thoughtful gift!

I was pleased to find out they were open on Saturday and even Sunday, too. I walked up, rang their bell, and
Portland Florists Provider Name Locked
greeted me at the door. She kindly invited me in and provided excellent customer service throughout. I let her know what I was looking for, she showed me what they had in their cooler which was perfect for the occasion. I was able to get a large vase arrangement for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end and will use

in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

I was going to stop at a florists on the way to dinner for my step-mother. To save time, I went on line to look for a florist. I found
Portland Florists Provider Name Locked
Their website said they can send flowers to restaurants. What a great idea! I ordered a bouquet by 2pm and the flowers (beautiful!) were delivered direct to our table at 6:15. I will definitely use them again. And the price was reasonable, too.
