He returned my call and came over immediately to fix a loud squeak in my elliptical. He helped me move furniture next to it that I hadn't moved because he came over before I could get help moving the furniture. He fixed the squeak. All well and good. He left oil all around the machine and floor, which I didn't mind cleaning up, though he might have mentioned it. But the big problem was the elliptical has had a slipping problem ever since his repair of the squeak, and when I called him about this about a week or two later, he never called back.

The main thing is that he seems to have done a good job putting the thing together. He's kind of rushed though when I asked him questions and ended up adding an additional 20% onto the initial price even though it took less time than he had estimated.

Dealing with
Portland Cardio Equipment Provider Name Locked
was a great experience. He was timely and professional. Completed the job in less than an hour for exactly what he quoted in the price estimate on the phone. I would definetly call him again and highly recommend his services.

We were the only ones in the store at the time, and although the two people working there were very helpful, they also let us look around on our own. I like that they weren't pushy! They helped us find the elliptical machine that was best suited for our needs, and even helped us load it into the car. We weren't actually planning on buying anything that day, but because we found a machine we liked (and it was on sale), and the customer service was good (not pushy), we went ahead and bought it without shopping around.
