Dr.
was friendly and professional, explaining the basics well in an office visit. He even made a joke or two to put me at ease. This was my second colonoscopy, the first done by a different doctor. Dr.
provided less pre-procedure information than the first, and some of the discomfort I experienced was only explained by remembering what the first doctor had said years earlier. However, my biggest issue with the procedure is not with Dr.
himself, but with the place in which it was conducted. He uses Bridgeport Hospital. I found the staff incredibly rude. I needed a little information before departing, and asked a man behind the counter. I later found out that he was one of the physicians. I was appalled at his rudeness, so much so that I have decided never again to deal with the hospital. In addition, I am a clergyman, so I visit the hospital regularly, to see my parishioners. I now tell anybody and everybody who will listen to avoid Bridgeport Hospital, as it's attitude towards the public, that is, it's customers, leaves much to be desired. I will take my money elsewher in the future.

The prep was easy...the appointment kept on time..skilled Doctor and exceptional nurses...Cant say enough about how easy they made these procedures...and believe me their prep is completely different from any of the other gastroenterology facilities in town...

I found the office to be very busy. After the doctor performed one procedure and some medication to which I had a bad reaction, I was turned over to the nurse practitioner who tried to convince me to have another procedure. After consulting with my primary care physician, I decided to change to a different gastroenterologist.

gives a lot of information. He educates you. He is kind and has a fabulous staff. He will call you at night with your results. They get right back to you, they get you in if you need to get in, and they schedule with the hospital. They are easy to get to.

The place of the colonoscopy procedure was great, it was the Butler County outpatient surgery center on Ham-Mason rd, the follow-up by this medical practice on my post procedural problems only came after I had to call multiple times. I was given misinformation on two calls as to whether the Dr. Wiesenberger or his assistant was in the office. I had to become quite testy with the reception desk to get a response, I had to resort to their "emergency" number.

I have to pick up a prescription with Dr.
Portland Colon Specialists Provider Name Locked
once a month and I have had no problem getting it. He is an older gentleman. He has a great deal of experience and he waited to schedule procedures until after he got to know me since I was being transferred to his care. He was willing to listen to my past experiences and what was working previously. He is a senior guy in his field and he recognized that I knew what I was talking about so he listened to me, instead of charging me for all the unnecessary tests that I had gone through with my previous doctor.

He was very good, very professional, and we have been lucky that we have him to see. His availability is not excellent, he doesn’t see everyone as soon as they want to. I haven’t heard that there have been any delays, so his punctuality is very good.

. He would not alarm someone, he discovered that I have a colitis, a very bad case of it and at the time I was away to take care of my aunt so the whole thing was going on at the same time. I was there for an extended amount of period, Dr.

He is very good. The service went as well as it could go. It was a bit difficult to actually get in to see him because he was busy. They had misplaced my records because I had gone to a different doctor who has since retired. Once they had that taken care of, it was okay. The office environment was mediocre. His staff was very good. His communication was good. He was recommended to me by my OB/GYN doctor. I would visit him again in the future if I need to. In fact my husband has already started visiting him.

She is very caring and thorough. She works through the University of Pennsylvania, which is very highly rated. The only downside to this is that it is a teaching hospital, so you might get interns and fellows for follow-up. But she gave me correct information about my possibilities, and was very considerate when treating me.
