"This service call was all about my peace of mind. After an incident with my new ceiling fan (installed by someone else), I was extremely concerned about the possibility of an electrical fire. (My parents experienced a house fire some years ago, so the threat of fire is something that concerns me more than it otherwise would.)

"Overall experience has been outstanding. , the estimator, was knowledgable, professional, punctual and responsive and he was fair during negotiations, though his initial bid was excessive. , who performed the work, and his assistant were meticulous. They kept damage to the existing walls to a minimum, it seemed like a challenge for them to determine how they could complete the job with the smallest number of holes. The work they performed was of the highest quality. My only gripe was that they didn't haul away the remaining debris. They left it behind in my basement to have to deal with. Other than that I will use them again and I would highly recommend them. You might pay a little more than others, but you will sleep better knowing that the job is being completed in a professional manner."

"When my >20 yr old bathroom fan quit working, rather than install a new fan, I wanted to replace just the burnt-out motor. I was directed to by the guys at a local hardware store. I took the unit in so could see it and, while I waited, they dissasembled the unit, found a comparable motor, cut a shaft to length, wired it to the existing plug, put it back together, adjusted the fan , tested it, etc. ... all in 1/2 hr. When I went in, I thought I'd be leaving with just a motor that I'd have to deal with. Instead, I left with everything done & the unit ready to reinstall in the ceiling. All for $36! Kudos to !!"

The job took a little longer than he predicted but he did not charge me for the extra time. was professional, skilled, and friendly.
