It is hard to compare price ...more because there are a lot of places that do really inexpensive installation, but here my choice was for a guy who works locally and hires local people thus keeping the money and employment in the community. I think overall his price was still good, just don't be eyewashed by the home depot $99 special which is heavily subsidized."

They would like their clients to make an appointment with them so they could focus on each of them when they came. I did not realise that during my first visit and so, I had to wait for a little time. But, they came out and helped me which was very nice. Later, when I wanted some more time with them, I made an appointment. I would recommend them to other members. I thought their price was a little expensive but I was not sure. "

heard that he took over and was extremely helpful and patient over the next 2 1/2 months! It took us forever to decide on carpet since it was such a big purchase (that we knew we'd be living with a long time) and

was very patient. I know I was not an easy customer--I asked a million questions and he was almost always quick to respond to my emails. In fact all of the employees we dealt with in the various showrooms were always very nice and helpful. When there was a small issue with the carpet in one room--a few snags--the worker who installed it was back the very next day to fix it. Also, the tile guy they sent was great at what he does and did a wonderful job for us. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the vinyl flooring in the bathroom--the installer made a mistake and there is an odd angled tear/seam on one side of the toilet--

said this was a normal part of installation, but I know that is not true because it is not a straight cut and it is not like that in any other vinyl floor we've ever had! But it seems to be glued down well at least. I know

isn't always the cheapest option for carpet if you are just walking in off the street, but I feel they did a quality job and I think they would be willing to stand behind their work if something went wrong."
