"I also had a similar experience to the other person who posted here about Ed .  I gave Ed a $15,000 deposit to install some heavy duty windows.  I was given excuse after excuse as to the delays by the window company from Ed. When I contacted them, they stated that they were getting extremely aggravated because the manufactured windows had been sitting in there shop for over two weeks now and they were just waiting on Ed

to make final payment to them. Needless to say when I heard that story, I marched straight to Ed's house to confront him. He simply apologized. I ended up paying the rest for the windows and his team did come to install it at a reduced labor price. So I guess you can say he is not completely evil. Learn how to organize your finances Ed.  Bottom line, he cannot be trusted."

They were polite, professional and extremely neat. "The contract was signed 9/23/10 and I was told it would take 3-5 wk. The installer came 11/29/10 to install the windows. He fined out –two windows were not operated properly and one was wrong sized.  He measured 3 windows and reordered them again. "They did a fantastic job, which included preserving and re-using the marble sill that was original to the house.  They coordinated their work with other contractors who were working in the same room.  They did a quality job and they were extremely pleasant to work with.  We will definitely use them again for replacement windows and doors in our home."

"These guys were great. The company rep helped us to pick the right windows for the house, including the quality of the window appropriate for the house ( has multiple price levels of window). The installers were great guys, clean, courteous, competent, and efficient. I was in and out (no problem leaving them by themselves), but ...more was around enough to see the quality of their workmanship. I couldn't have asked for better. Snow storms slowed things down a bit (it was a winter installation), but they nonetheless finished quickly.
