"My furnace had been getting over the course of a month. Knowing that a few of my friends had work done with this company and highly recommended them, I called and A/C on 3/4/11 and spoke ,with whomever answers the phone to inquire about getting an estimate to have the furnace as well as the air conditioner and water heater replaced since they were considerably old. The woman told me the request would be delivered to the owner. Within 15 minutes, the owner called back and said he could come out the next morning to provide me an estimate. He arrived promptly the next morning (3/5/11), was very professional and knowledgeable, and provided to me any options I may want to consider. Along with the furnace I opted for an air cleaner, a humidifier, and a programmable thermostat. I was happy with the estimate and at that time said I would like him to perform the work. The work was scheduled for the morning of 3/14/11. The two men that performed the work arrived promptly, were very nice as well as professional, and did a very good job, including cleaning up afterwards. And, they explained how to work the thermostat, humidifier, etc. I would definitely recommend this company. It was a pleasant experience."

"The technician who came was extremely polite and got right to work checking out our gas leak. After verifying the leak (found by the utility company) he suggested a repair that was much cheaper than replacing the valve outright. He also took a quick look at our plumbing and explained why we weren’t able to build up pressure and how to remedy it with the manual water valve attached to our heating system. Since we had asked for a boiler check & clean from the start, he rolled the repair into the charge for the check. Before leaving the technician suggested a few ways to maintain our system on our own, cleaned up his work area and was on his way. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the straightforward way he explained his work."

"My mother's water heater blew at 7:30 on a very snowy morning. My sister, who had been staying with her called me in a panic as water was spraying all over the basement. I called several companies to see who could get there fastest. My first call was to and I got an answering machine so I immediately hung up and went on to the next one on my list. I booked someone else that said I was next on the list but gave me a range of "before noon". While speaking to them Mr. called me back as he got my number from caller ID. He was calm, knew what questions to ask, he then called my sister at my mom's home and was the same way with her. He told her exactly where to find the information he needed. I immediately went over to my mothers and within 1 hr he had someone at the house with the proper water heater. The young man that came was courteous, and thorough. He was done and we had hot water by noon. He also showed us exactly where the shut off valve was for the house in addition to the ones leading to the water heater.
The only thing I had some hesitation was, was the price. I did think it was a bit high but taking into consideration how quickly he got there, how bad the weather was and how fast and efficiently it was done, I didn't have a leg to stand on complaining about the price. I actually didn't know how much it should cost. It had been leaking and I just let it go instead of shopping around for a new one at a different price. If I need a plumber again I wouldn't hesitate to call this company - overall I was very pleased."

"They were prompt and they showed good skill in their work. They did the job in a timely manner, the old water heater was picked up quickly even though the weather was bad and they sent the invoice quickly, too. It happened on a Friday and by the weekend we had hot water. "

"It was a great experience. They arrived when scheduled, and explained every part of the job to me, including the extra parts they needed to install. The total cost included the water heater, two extra parts (ball valve and gas line), installation, and hauling away the old one. And their price was nearly $200 less than the price the Big Box quoted me for an inferior product. We were very pleased and would recommend this company."
