"I have gone to them twice . The first time my results was good, they treat my spider veins. I had the same treatment I had the first time and followed their instructions." This time I totally waisted my money, I had no results at all and my veins seem to be getting worse faster. I ask the girl that did the treatment what causes them and what I could do to slow them down, the answer she barely gave me was it was genetic. I told her my 90 yr old mother has better legs than I do. The treatment is shots of something in the veins (I read that it is a saline solution) but I am not sure if this is correct or not. It is not really painful but in some spots it can be uncomfortable, ankles, close to bones places with less tissue to buffer the shot. I tried to carry on a conversation with the girl doing the treatment but finally gave up when all I got was very short responses to any talk. I won't be going back there or using anyone associated with this clinic.

"I went to Dr. primarily for the veins around my foot and ankle, which I had been told by a specialist and by a dermatologist" should be treated only by a Dr. who understands the anatomy of the foot, due to the veins on the foot being very different than the ones on the leg and the complications that can occur. I've had sclerotherapy done many times and at many different places throughout my life - both in NY and FL - and Dr. is definitely one of the best I've seen. She always takes the time to try to find the "feeder" veins rather than just injecting the veins that are on the surface. She also helped me rid me of a bulging I had by my ankle which nobody else had been willing or able to remove. She is just diligent and safety conscious and seems genuinely interested in helping me get rid of my veins and she is honest with me when she feels that injections won't work in a certain spot and I should pursue either laser or a different method of removal. Plus, she's very personable and pleasant and always professional. I feel lucky to have found her.

The experience with him has been good so far. The procedure was done by someone else in the office, not the doctor. They are pretty good. I had to wait about 30 minutes to see them. The girl who treated me was the PA. The treatment hurt a little bit, but they had warned me. They did their work pretty fast, they were very nice and helpful. They were ...More all very nice, and very clear about what the were going to do. I have to go see them in a month, and I have a few questions about the treatment.

Worst doctor experience I have ever had. No exaggeration. He looked at my daughter for one second, declared it to be exzema and wouldn't talk to me about anything else. As I tried to give him more info about length of the rash, etc he said things like "this is what I do all day, I know what I'm talking about" and "if you want ...More I can give her a biopsy, is that what you want?" those kind of things. As it turned out he was wrong - Children's Hosp dermatologists did a test and determined it to be ringworm. They gave us a treatment and it was taken care of.

It was pretty good, the facility was really nice and was in a nice area. The staff was really friendly. My therapist name was and he did a really good job, and it was overall good experience.

1. Prior to my exam in June 2014, I stopped in the office to have blood drawn for lab work. (I was told I did not need an appointment to have this done.) I waited over 1/2 hour, and saw someone only after I complained to the receptionist about the wait.
2. The office staff miscoded the blood work that I had done, and my insurance company rejected ...More the claim, causing Quest Diagnostics to bill me over $900 for the lab work.
3. In June 2014, after my last visit, I made an appointment for 12/16/2014. /When I checked in I was told that I did not have an appointment. I asked when it was, and the staff told me that there were no appointments. I can only assume that the person who made me the appointment failed to enter it into the computer.
This practice has been a total failure, and I will be searching for a new G.P.

I was a bit nervous going in as I had never used lasers to correct a dark spot issue but after the initial consultation by the technician I felt very confident and at ease that things would go well. The office visit was a pleasant experience and the results were worthwhile. The removal of the unwanted dark spots was successful and I would highly recommend ...More Lasers Now to my friends and family.

The provider listened to my concerns and carefully examined my issues. The procedure and equipment that were to be used were thoroughly explained. I knew exactly what my options were, what was begin done and what to expect. I have referred many of my friends to this service provider. They are also very satisfied with the service they received.

My initial visit on June 18, 2014 went well, everyone was nice, the office looked clean, everyone was attentive. Dr. seemed knowledgeable. I explained I just wanted to fix a problem at my ankle and nothing else. June 24, 2014 I had a scan of my of my leg and was told I needed to close the ...More that was supplying blood to the bulging and then they would treat the bulging lump. Made sense to me. June 30, 2014 I had Endovenous Laser treatment to close the . I was charged for 1 and 2 but only one was closed. In my mind he closed one but had to approach it from two directions hence my bill claims 1 and 2. 2, 2014 I went in for follow up and re-scan, was told all looked good, the was closed. "Yes, this is all covered by insurance, don't worry". My bad, I didn't worry. 14, 2014 had "Vascular Surgery Procedure" (I have no idea what he did) to eliminate the bulging painful lumpy at my ankle. Procedure went fine. I developed a very large blister on my heel I figured was from the compression bandage I had to wear for 24 hours, no big deal. 22, 2014 went in for follow up and was advised the procedure was a success. For some reason he gave me two minor injections on the front of my leg he later charged me for called Echosclerotherapy?? I didn't understand but didn't question, I was getting my painful bulgy fixed. Still was having trouble with the blister on my ankle, it had become infected and I couldn't get it to heal. Aug 18, 2014 paid my copay bill of $610.93 (Thank God I have good insurance). I was shocked I could owe so much and no one mentioned to me that my bill was pretty large, good thing I'm a saver. Still had a large painful bulgy by my ankle but thought with time it would go away as would the large infected blister on my heel. September 4, 2014 went to a clinic and got an antibiotic for the blister on my heel that wouldn't heal. Next day got a bill from for the additional copay I owed for the 14, 2014 visit $207.09. November 10, 2014 I'm out $818.02 in copays and still have a large painful bulgy at my ankle. Made worse as it's getting cold out and boots, sneakers or shoes with an ankle strap are painful to wear. I am not new to varicose veins as they run in my family. I should have gone back to the first doctor I used. Live and learn, I tried someone closer to me and lost. I did like the location and the office as well as the staff, very nice and professional. I just didn't have good luck, I should have done my homework. I'm out a lot of money and have to go to another doctor to get my painful bulgy fixed, what a bummer.
- Tracy G.

Everything was fine. The nurses were fine. They dealt with my insurance company, so I didn't have to deal with that. They have multiple locations. They try to fit you in as fast as they can, scheduling is good. I find everybody who worked there very nice, which is the biggest thing. For me the experience really didn't work, but overall if ...More I didn't have this experience I would use them again.
